    I cancelled my stay months ago. Never received any emails all the way til past the date. Terrible service. Over 100 dollars to not stay in a hotel

    Wonderful big bed, breakfast was pretty good, smaller rooms but very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again. Microwave is in lobby not room.

    The door is kinda hard to open and noisy The cleaning should be more considered and The vinyl tiles in the room are peeling off The have breakfast is ok. Quiet place other than that

    After having a very hectic night, we arrived feeling exhausted and frustrated, but the staff completely changed the experience for us. The gentleman working the front desk that night who checked us in was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient, professional, and welcoming after what had been a very stressful night. His attitude truly made a difference. The next morning, Amber at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She was able to extend our stay and made the entire process easy and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank-you to Elcie, who is in charge of the continental breakfast. She was wonderful! The breakfast area was clean and well maintained, and she made sure everything was taken care of. Her friendly attitude and attention to the guests really stood out. I also want to mention how clean our room was. As I was walking out of our room, I actually saw the housekeeping staff changing the bed covers and pillowcases. Seeing that personally gave me even more confidence that cleanliness and proper housekeeping are taken seriously here. The area is also very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. Most importantly, I want to recognize the staff who made our stay better. The gentleman who checked us in, Amber, and Elcie truly went above and beyond. Great customer service can completely change someone’s experience, and these employees definitely deserve recognition. Thank you for making us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of! ❤️

    We drove from the Orlando area to catch a couple of marlins games in miami. The 35 minute commute to Miami was totally worth staying here. From the moment I checked in (around 2:55pm on 7/27 the lady that checked me in was very nice and friendly) until the moment I checked out. (Ms Kendal and the manager, Greg were very helpful, friendly and made sure my stay was to my satisfaction). This hotel is exactly as advertised. I loved being able to view my vehicle from my window and also the comfortable bed. They did not cheap out like most hotels. I definitely recommend! We will be back. Matter of fact, we already booked for another night for when we plan to be in Miami again.
