  Please do not advertise a free breakfast if your average person would be afraid to eat in your dining area. 🤢 I tried to kindly mention the trainwreck to the front desk, they were absolutely unbothered by it. It’s a no for me. *edited to say I was there last night- 8/15/26* What a horrible attempt at a reply though! 😅 Room 204, and I spoke to the barefoot AirPod wearing front desk person about ALL the trash in the hallways. I 100% believe ownership MUST HAVE changed since a year and a half ago.

  This past 4th of July weekend, my family and I went to Florida for a vacation. We chose a pet-friendly hotel, and paid a $75 pet fee when we booked, expecting the $35 nightly charge. The next day, my mother was inexplicably charged $250. The hotel staff vaguely mentioned a "violation" but provided no details and lied about issuing a refund. After my trip, I called again, but the receptionists were unhelpful and rude. The manager then claimed the "violation" was due to not disclosing our pet, which was false. Now, he says he can't help, and we have to contact the general manager, as they are refusing our refund.UPDATES: IThey are still refusing to give me my refund! They promised it would be a week, but that was alie because a whole week has passed and there's still no refund ! And the manager? It's the same old story—they keep lying about when he'll be available, and every single time I call back at the supposed time, he's mysteriously absent! This is completely unacceptable! Im giving them one more week for my refund or else im making a police report!!! This is FRAUD!!!!

  “bestwestern” more like “worstwestern” worst hotel ever. they won’t refund my mom her money that they falsely charged her for our dog even tho we paid the extra $35. They informed us that they will give us our refund but it’s been a week and yet haven’t received our refund. MIND YOU THEY CHARGED US AN EXTRA $250 and wont give us a refund. Very unprofessional do not stay at this hotel unless you want to be charged an extra $250 without being informed.

  Decent, cheap motel for an overnight stay on your way to somewhere else. Standard complimentary breakfast with coffee, juices, eggs, cereals, bagels, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Dog-friendly for an extra $35. 2 baby cockroaches hung out by the bathroom on the wall for the duration of our brief stay. Bed is very firm, so bring a muscle relaxer or a yoga mat and stretch out to get a good night's sleep.

  We booked online, arrived after driving 10 hrs to hear they have no confirmation number that matches . Was asked to swipe My Card for the deposit. I then was billed for $100 than 140 and then the full price for two nights which is $340 . the marijuana smoke smell in the halls was so bad. Still waiting on the money back after four days. Not happy at all this place. The pool was full of leaves. The pump was not running. Nobody seemed to know how to turn it on and the doors in and out were left open constantly. English was definitely a second language
