  I called to verify that I could get two beds, pet friendly, I was told to come in and I would be accommodated, when we arrived that desk personnel was not there, I was then told that they did not have that type of room! I am also a BW diamond member, I have stayed there before! I too will not stay there again. Response to management, I was told by one of your people one hour before arriving that I would have a room with two beds! When I arrived, I was told that a two bed dog friendly room did not exist!

  This place saved me from Baymont inn & suites. I repeat do not book at Baymont! The price may be low but you're getting what you pay for which is bugs, filth, illegal on-site activity. Anyways back to my review for this place. So far all the staff I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful. the room was clean, fresh smelling, no bugs, up-to-date. The only minor complaint I have is they don't seem to offer rooms with queen size beds which would be nice but maybe in due time. The amenities are fantastic. Pool area very nice and clean. Breakfast / lobby area immaculate. No issues with loud guests or guests that should be conducting their shady business and habits elsewhere. Definitely will be returning in the future. EDIT- written by Amanda McKee. My son Cameron and I share the same Google account so sometimes things come up under his name. But regardless the kids were much happier with this place too 😊

  I rarely take the time to leave reviews but this hotel deserves one. I travel a lot with my job so I stay in a lot of different hotels and I usually stay at Hilton's, etc. I stayed at this one because of the reviews online and I'm glad I did. The hotel was super modern The beds was extremely comfortable and best of all was the service. Sachit welcome to me at my check-in with such a warm and friendly greeting went out of his way with little details. Even to the point that I was taking a cart up to my room to bring my luggage and he told me not to worry about bringing it back down that he would go up and get it for me and bring it down after I was done. I will 100% recommend this place and stay here anytime I'm in the area. Google is showing this hotel two stars but that simply cannot be true. I have stayed in several five-star hotels and have never received accommodations or service like this. Thank you Sachit for being such a kind and meaningful host.
