  I gave it 2 stars because of the neglected common areas... bathrooms....hallways...elevators...full trash cans. The staff was AMAZING! The room itself was good ...but the common areas were neglected badly! Sweep the stairwell, clean the pool, empty the trash.I paid 40,000 points I expected way more Ive stayed at a Kimpton for 40,000 points this was only worth maybe 15,000 points.

  Stayed with my husband who has been here for several weeks now for business. The staff is very kind and every helpful. Ive never passed by one of them and they not speak. Nathan that has been at the front desk was exceptional! The pool area and outdoor eating section are clean and well kept. Breakfast is pretty good with a good selection of food. Free WIFI and a fairly good channel selection on the tv. Has a nice laundry room, very clean as well. The guest gym is also really nice. There's also a great walking path directly behind the pool area. I wish your very pretty fountain was in working order. But ill live lol. Good parking, well lit at night. i wanted to add that the reason I gave 4 out of 5 is that an employee smokes right outside of either door. At the front door they throw the butts on the ground. The smell is very off putting to me and to be honest the butts make the pretty entrance look trashy.

  Super ravis de notre nuitée au holiday inn cocoa. Nathan à la réception nous a gentillement conseillé des restaurants et était très sympa. Nous avions la piscine et le jacuzzi presque pour nous, le pied ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le seul bémol est qu'il faut reprendre la voiture si on veut aller dans le centre de Cocoa mais à ce prix là je le recommande vivement !

  I liked my stay here. I would stay again easily if I'm a solo traveler. If you are a couple or have kids I'd be iffy about it. I could literally hear the guy in the room next to me when he'd take a deep breath so I know the sound travels crazy. But as a solo traveler with nothing to say it was perfect.

  If you like hair in the bathroom checked 2 rooms, and medication left on floor this hotel would be fine.had to have housekeeping lady clean 2nd room as I wanted to clean it properly myself and wasn’t allowed to. Not up to cleaning standards and housekeeping lady touched the toilet then light switches and was on phone with someone real loudly. Think they need to hire new cleaning staff that do a better job. Breakfast was good , beds slept well. Laundry machine was ancient and didn’t do the best job cleaning they need to replace that as well. Not worth $190
