  Ce ne sont pas des chambres mais appartements avec vraie cuisine, barbecue à dispo, 2 piscines et une aire de jeux aquatique pour enfants, plage à 2 pas pour voir le levé de soleil, pleins d'endroits pour déjeuner autour, vraiment top

  A really great place to visit especially if you are looking to just chill out and not do a whole lot. The activity Director Stevie Zimmerman is high energy and a lot of fun. He does a great comedy show for the family. The bartending trio Of Sue, Michaela and Dina were great at the Tiki Hut. Always friendly and smiling faces. The beach is just a short walk away.

  It's an old style motel, updated to be a type of resort. Our room was a 2 bedroom ground floor pool facing room, called a 'signature' room. It was fairly clean but needed airing as it was a stale smelling room. The Aircon didn't really work and we found the pool needed cleaning as the water was murky and the water lines in the lazy river needed cleaning off. Be aware that there is no sound proofing and it is very noisy from other guests. Reception and check-in, though lovely was a bit chaotic and a bit confusing, with a lot of information dumped in one go.

  I'm very disappointed with Westgate resorts Cocoa Beach! Imy husband and I signed up for a timeshare tour of the property with a third party and we show up and they said we weren't in the system but mind u I had the paperwork that clearly showed we signed up. We put down the $20 deposit and were promised $105 visa gift card, a stay at one of their properties, and a cruise package where we only had to pay for taxes and port fees. When we arrived and they told us we were not in the system and they took our IDs and went into another area and came back and said we don't qualtfor the timeshare tour. First of all to even qualiti had to do paperwork with my id and answer a ton of questions to qualify so how is it we drive an hr to be told we don't qualify? My husband travels for work so Westgate was our choice of purchase for a timeshare because they are located to where he travels so what better way to relax on the days off right? Well apparently our money wasn't good enough for them. They told me they did a soft credit check which I didn't even authorize or know about until after where it made zero sense we don't qualify because my husband has amazing credit! I feel like we were profiled because of how we were dressed ( tank tops flip flops shorts ) and covered in tattoos. From the time we walked in employees were just staring and made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted. So with all this being said... The lady in the office said she'll give us a 7night 8days stay on them for my inconvenience. Ok cool even though I was pissed I thought maybe they actually felt bad. Yeah more lies and BS because their "inconvenience gift" to us wasn't anything free at all. Its a pay for your stay at a small discount gift. I'd get more out of a coupon online smfh. This place is judgemental and they are liars so steer clear of your timeshare shopping cause this place is a scam! I don't recommend them at all especially if u dont look like u have money! Sucks for them I'll spend my money elsewhere where I might actually feel welcome!

  My review is for the beach rental concierge service only. We rented two umbrellas and four seats for the day at a cost of $75. We were advised that if there was a storm the umbrellas would be taken down. This is understandable. After two hours, we went for a walk down the beach, and it rained for less than 5 minutes. There were not any strong winds. On our return, the umbrellas and chairs were taken away, the concierge service was gone, and our belongings were left on the beach. Not a great service. Two hours of rental for $75 and a tiny bit of rain shuts down the service. Very strange.
