  The food was great and our server Will really made the experience exceptional with quick, professional, and friendly service. If in the area strongly recommended for a family meal by the beach with a beautiful view and welcoming ambiance.

  We had a great experience at Cocoa Beach Pier. The food was very good, the views were even better, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for after spending the day at Kennedy Space Center. Our server, Will, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. We’d definitely come back the next time we’re in Cocoa Beach. Thanks, Will!

  One of my favorite places on Earth! Parking prevents me from going as often as I used to, though. It's gotten very inflated @ The Pier pkg lot & no coins on the side street? Doesn't that rule out some people? Elders, those who don't always have their phones on them- at the beach- just saying. Rather than 4 times a month, I go once a month. But can't beat all of the conviences on the pier, restaurant, shops, restrooms & showers & of course- the beach!!

  If I could give 10 stars I would! Angie and Miranda are both model team members. They answered all my questions and took care of my requests with a great attitude and a smile on their faces. They were engaging, very respectful and helpful. Highly recommend this place and when you do, ask for one of these gems!

  extremely rude staff… especially this older lady and younger girl with tattoos and piercings. Gave my grandmother ugly looks, and myself when entering the shop. My parents were there way before me and I decided to join them after eating at the pier’s restaurant. It was a rainy day so things were closing earlier I assume, and instead of greeting me when entering. I was told that I couldn’t be in the shop because the shop was closing in 5 minutes. And was told again by the younger lady. I said I’m with my parents, who were already shopping. Ugly faces. There were 5 mins left ? What was the issue? I wanted to buy an item to have for memory since I’m from Texas, but it instantly killed my mood. There were other ladies in the shop too? Why weren’t they told anything? Was it because my family and I were darker complex? I thought about this interaction the whole day. Extremely rude and disappointed. I understand the shop was going to close , but the vides and the delivery were very negative and unkind. Do better.
