  From the Santa Monica Pier to the Cocoa Beach Pier, these are two of my favorites. Great views, great layout, great drinks and some fun new bowls that were not here years back. Loved this visit and the staff were also very warm and welcoming too.

  Came here today for lunch at Pier 62 restaurant. I got the fried grouper sandwich. My wife, daughter and I also split a shrimp tempura roll, which was delicious. Food was hot and well seasoned. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was amazing. The restaurant has indoor seating with views of the ocean, so you can enjoy the beach and beat the heat. Our waitress, Tamara, was awesome..she was friendly and made sure we felt like we were welcomed guests. She is truly an asset to the organization!

  We were in cocoa beach and decided to try this location, it was great. We had Tamara J as our server, she was friendly, attentive and funny. The atmosphere was amazing, calming and overlooking the ocean. They had indoor and outdoor seating. The menu was good had lots of options. We had the kids burger, the grouper fried sandwich, the longboard burger, and two smoothies. Everything was delicious!! We also ate the shrimp tempura roll which was also delicious. We loved this restaurant and will be back again.

  I have genuinely never loved a man more than I love Jeremy. From the moment we arrived, he treated us as though we were honored guests, anticipating our every need with incredible attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism. His level of service went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, making us feel less like customers and more like royalty. Jeremy’s positive attitude, attention to detail, and sincere desire to ensure we had the best possible experience were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and makes every guest feel valued and appreciated. Having an employee like Jeremy is a true asset to any establishment. He represents the very definition of excellence and sets a standard that others should aspire to. If every business had someone like Jeremy, customer service would be on an entirely different level. He is a remarkable individual who deserves recognition for the exceptional experience he provides.

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an interaction my family had with two of your security officers at the Cocoa Beach Pier on July 22, 2026. My 14 year old teenage daughter was carrying a water bottle onto the pier when she was stopped by security. She was unsure what to do with the drink, so she politely asked if she could call me, as I was already inside one of the restaurants waiting for my family. The soda belonged to my non-verbal autistic son, who will only drink certain beverages, which is why I had sent her to the car to retrieve it. Rather than allowing her to contact me or calmly explain the policy, the security officer became visibly angry and spoke to her in a disrespectful and confrontational manner. Yelling in her face telling her she needed to leave. When I came outside, I immediately apologized and attempted to resolve the situation. I explained that I simply needed to gather my other children, who were still inside the restaurant, before leaving. Instead of allowing me to do so, the security officer continued yelling at me and repeatedly ordered me to get off the pier. At no point did I argue or refuse to comply. I was simply trying to collect my family and leave peacefully. I understand that private property has rules regarding outside food and beverages, and I respect your right to enforce those policies. My complaint is not about the rule itself. My concern is with the way my daughter and I were treated. There was no reason for the interaction to escalate to yelling and disrespect when we were attempting to cooperate. What was especially upsetting was that there was no effort to de-escalate the situation or allow for a simple conversation. A brief phone call or a calm explanation would have resolved the matter immediately. Instead, the interaction became unnecessarily hostile and left my family feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Families visiting your property should expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy, even when they have unknowingly violated a policy. I hope this incident is reviewed, including any available security camera footage, and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure future guests are treated with the respect they deserve.
