  Close to cruise terminal. Walking distance to restaurants. Good location. Neighborhood seems safe.

  My husband and I came here for a get away Saturday night , the service and poolside with the hot tub was amazing very clean establishment Room was very Clean.My only complaint was it was like there was no AC in the room it was a uncomfortable and very hott sleep didn't get hardly any. As we were checking out we asked another couple if there room was at all hott and yes they agreed it was hott but everything elts was good.

  This establishment is very clean and the front desk employees were very cheerful and nice! The pool and spa were very refreshing with a nice open view. Room was good my only complaint was the AC didnt seem to be working so it got rather hot and stale in the room. It made sleeping rather uncomfortable and hot. This was a 4th floor room so perhaps the heat from outside was outperforming the AC, who knows who cares id come back again!

  If I could give less then 1 star I would for this experience. Customer service was terrible, I was told there was no manager on site to speak to, then a moment later Ethan tells me one second while I ask my manager. I was over charged. Not only for the tiny VIP suite, but for parking ( double charged). The amenities were mediocre. They offered a tiny kitchenette, which consist of a microwave and a tiny 2 burner stove top and a dishwasher. And a half size fridge that even on the lowest temp would not cool our food we brought. There was debris all over the comforter in one of the rooms. Dirty dishes in the dishes in the dishwasher. I went down to ask the lady at the desk for any bigger pots to cook with (it was a birthday trip for my daughter and all her girlfriends, she wanted me to make spaghetti) they had no larger pots, I asked for an additional pot, she disappeared, came back and told me they don't have any extra. The trash cans had liquid in them like they just dumped whatever was in the bag out and reused the bag, one of the cans had not even been emptied. There was trash in one of the closets. The couch in the living room had a huge gap between the cushions so you could not sit comfortably. The pool and hot tub.... The artificial grass was neat, but I refused to even enter the dirty water. The tvs, they have local TV, but no wifi on any of them. Very out dated room. For the price that was charged, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Very disappointing experience. Not a welcoming hotel at all. Also, they will not even allow you to carry a weapon, they have signs all over, though there were sooooo many homeless people walking all around the exterior of the hotel. It was creepy, especially at night. No type of security that we saw on site. Just a women at the front desk.

  Nice Hotel Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Close to everything. Kinda hard to locate if your not paying attention.
