  Hotel is in a great location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Shari at the front desk was very helpful when there was a mix up with our check-in time and Alexis with the kitchen staff went above and beyond.

  The service at this hotel was truly phenomenal. Stacy, our housekeeper, went above and beyond—her attention to detail and kindness made my stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff consistently greeted me with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I walked through the lobby. Thank you for making my visit exceptional.

  My husband and I stayed here after making an emergency trip from the West Coast following the passing of my father. It was an incredibly difficult time for our family, and the kindness we received from the staff meant more than I can put into words. Edlyn and Stacey at the front desk, along with Tanya and Mya from housekeeping, were so compassionate and caring throughout our stay. They would regularly check in on me to make sure I had everything I needed and always greeted me with warmth and kindness. One day, I returned to my room to find beautiful flowers and a heartfelt card waiting for me. It was such an unexpected gesture that brought me to tears. During one of the hardest times in my life, they made me feel seen, cared for, and not alone. My husband and I will be forever grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Thank you for going above and beyond when we needed it most.

  Facility is great. Staff is friendly and welcoming. All was great until we went to leave. The contracted groundskeepers had started mowing the grass and blew the debris all over my brand new CORVETTE. Car is only 2 hours old and I walk out to find dirt, grass and who know what debris on my corvette AND a guy using a leaf blower on my car to try to erase the evidence. Who doesn’t take care to NOT aim a mower exhaust towards any cars let alone a new expensive hard earned corvette?! You don’t know if there is a rock hiding in the yard that could be blown through the mower and hit a car causing damage. Smithwell is the grounds keeping company. They ought to be fired from this hotel. Hotel staff shout outs: Shante and Corey were very nice and tried to help but they can’t do much about a contractors choices.
