  I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont SE – West Orlando by IHG. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a modern feel throughout. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the little details that made our visit enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the Orlando attractions while still offering a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything felt organized and guest-focused. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont SE – West Orlando by IHG to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay near Orlando.

  I reserved a room at this hotel for my husband and son for a baseball tournament. The bed smelled like urine and the TV in the next room was blaring. My husband had to call the front desk around 3 in the morning request they tell the people next door to turn down the TV. When the front desk rep looked in her system, she said to my husband there wasn’t even anyone staying in that room, so they eventually sent someone up to turn it off. I’m sure one of their employees was hanging out in there at some point and didn’t turn it off. Because of the horrible experience my husband cancelled our second night. The front desk agent said she was making notes on the account to document the experience. Sadly I booked through hotels.com and tried to request a refund due to the inexcusable experience. Hotels.com tried to reach out to the hotel multiple times and they wouldn’t respond. Beyond frustrated with this location and hotels.com with how they handled our terrible experience. And yes, I know, shame on me for booking through a 3rd party. I will not make that mistake again.

  Nope. This ain't it. After you check in, front desk ask you to walk across the room for another guy to offer you a timeshare. It's so awkward. When I enter my room a bad smell hit my face instantly and to add insult to injury the bathroom is molded out by the tub. THROW THE TUB OUT & THE TILES AROUND IT! only thing they got going is NO carpet. By yourself maybe, but with a family, I don't recommend. Clean up ur place Holiday inn.

  So this place isn't too bad. It's large, has a pool and is pretty clean. However there are few issues which I'll explain below. 1.) When we first checked in, one it took us forever because it was just taking such a long time, second the front staff just said "second building" is where we would be staying. It was confusing to find the second building because there is no signage or anything to indicate that this is the second building owned by holiday. Anyways when we found the main entrance it looked like the entrance for the cleaning stfaa. Again no signage or anything to indicate this is the main entrance. It was very hot outside so once we figured it out we were able to get in. 2.) Not sure why you need a paper bracelet for breakfast? I think that is childish. I'm a grown adult, I do not need to be treated like a child. That paper bracelet can rip, or be lost easily. I don't think it's necessary for people to have that during breakfast. Find a better way. 3.) Not sure why the key card loses access to the room. This happened to me to twice at a different holiday express hotel. And this being the second hotel. Should get that resolved. 4.) Shower head sprinkler did not function properly because water was not able to come out from all of the showerhead holes. Since I wasn't staying too long I didn't make a big deal but this should get looked at as well for other guests. Overall it definitely was a clean hotel, had everything we needed. Just communication needs to better. And there needs to be a sign that indicates that the second building in the back is theirs and show another signage for the main entrance because it absolutely does not look like a second entrance. Key card issues need to be fixed, with maintenance on showerheads. This place has potential and I would stay again and by then hopefully they fix everything.

  This was a nice hotel. But my toilet was clogged since 11pm at night. I called all morning and even went to the front desk. No one answered the calls and no one was at the front desk.
