  The prices are reasonable, they are very accommodating but I wish they had cameras all over the property. My vehicle was vandalized and no footage in the front which is kind of weird. They have cameras in the back of the hotel but not the front and I understand it's nothing they could do about it, but I won't be staying at this hotel anymore due to my safety.

  Roaches! I had to get a room at another hotel because of the roaches running under my bed lol they owned the place. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. 🤮

  i stayed at the Best Western Surestay for 2 nights and the rooms were nice and clean the bathroom was clean and very nice and the bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was delirious i made a sausage and egg on raisin bread sandwich for breakfast i enjoyed my stay and i would stay again only issue was noise from the airport but it is literately next door to the airport

  Shockingly expensive for how gross it is. I’ve stayed in many cheap hotels/motels in Florida and I’m this was the most expensive one. So I thought it’d be a little nicer. It was not and it was definitely the worst one. Immediately when I walk in a cockroach falls on me and there’s a spider on the wall. I know cockroaches are a problem in Florida but I’ve never experienced this many anywhere else I stayed. I wouldn’t be annoyed if this place had been super cheap but I could have stayed somewhere else better for a lower price.

  We have been staying every weekend for leisure, taking a break from the world with the grand baby. We love the pool and the rooms are clean and look in inviting. The staff are phenomenal Susan at front desk is absolutely without a doubt an asset to your motel. She has gone above and beyond. Always knowledgeable in all areas of concerns or questions. She really has made an impact on my stay here and that is why I keep coming back, also the head of housekeeping I believe a wonderful woman from the islands is fantastic. She also has the most happiest personality and is wonderful with my inquisitive grandson. Your staff is on top of everything breakfast is so good, privacy is respected, and the maids do an amazing job also. I will continue to stay here and enjoy my mini vacation.
