  Eric at the front desk was exceptionally patient with me and my elderly parents and our challenges. The entire staff was INCREDIBLE and the location, SUPERB!!!... My only comment for others that have difficulty with noise- would be,... this is defiently more of a party spot then a stuffy upscale, quiet resort. Its definently a CLASSIC "mom & pop" kinda, vintage, very unique and memorable place. The private beach is stunning and the location, unbelievable for us Colorado folks. ... We feel so lucky to have made memories here. !!! Thank you Dolphin Sands Hotel.

  I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to save some money, but still stay on the beach! Rooms are clean and modern. Bed and pillows were comfortable. This location is perfect walking distance from everything you could need! Parking is available. Hotel bar and grill had great food! Beach towels are easy to check out. Mariah and Victor are very kind and made our stay better!

  I wrote the GM 4 emails while we stayed here no response !! I am here now I was hoping to hear from them before I wrote this awful review !!! They have till Sunday Oct 4 when I check out !!!! OK well the general manager never called me and I got an absolute bullshit apology. I was promised an ocean view room last time. I was there and spoke to Maurice. I got there and they gave me a room overlooking a parking garage a red tin roof with green paint all over !! Ya real upgrade lol ,,, also found a huge roach in my room. Which I have pictured !!! The pool was stained and filthy also have pics !!!! Stayed there for four days and no Housekeeping ever came ???? No fresh towels or toilet paper ?? Why ???? I had to actually call down to the front desk on day four and ask them what and why they weren’t coming and asked for more towels. I did speak to Maurice Sunday when I left, and he said that the general manager would be getting back to me still nobody got back to me. I will no longer be staying at this hotel because it was dirty, no room cleaning and the management doesn’t care to make it right !!!! Oh well you guys lost a great customer !!!

  The staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms were clean and the location has everything you need where you don't have to drive anywhere.

  The location was perfect❤️, especially for the price! has a wonderful calm ocean Cove to float, even though the water is dark can't see much in it, a perfectly heated pool, music to hear by the pool and ocean, the food on the property was very tasty, Adult cocktails were over sweet, so we picked up our own cocktails and water from the store across the street. Rooms.. clean, big, comfy. wish they gave daily water instead of a one-time water. can't beat the ocean view out the window from my bed!! it was a great time, all the staff was very helpful professional friendly and funny. had a great time we'll come back!
