    The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always a top priority for me. I was particularly impressed by the staff; they were truly great! Their welcoming and helpful demeanor made the experience even better. It's wonderful when you feel well taken care of from the moment you arrive. The breakfast buffet was delicious and truly satisfying, and the pool was a great addition. It was so convenient to be so close to the cruise port! I loved every minute of my time there.I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a pre-cruise stay.

    We stay at this hotel simply for cruising purposes and convenience. It is a decent hotel with friendly service. It is time for them to reinvest though. Towels and linens are very thin and worn. There was remnants of cereal throughout the room on tje floor...so that tells me the room was not cleaned properly. I pray tje bed linems were truly changed. Not a good feeling.

    I stayed here as part of a hotel room block for my cruise wedding. We stayed the night of 24 April before we sailed out the following day on Carnival Mardi Gras from Terminal 3. Location: If you are sailing out of Terminal 3 at Port Canaveral, the location could not be better. The hotel is right across the street and even my father who can't handle long walks was able to do it with ease. Rooms: The room itself is a pretty standard hotel room however it was immaculate, clean, and clearly modern. There was dove products in the bathroom, they had a sign offering commonly forgotten hygiene items (we didn't use the service but appreciate it all the same), as well as a ironing board in the room. The room was spacious for a king room and absolutely with the pull out couch, could sleep 4 with plenty of space. Service: As previously stated, I booked a hotel room block for my guests and I. I exclusively dealt with Francesca to book the room and any questions/concerns I had leading up to our stay. I also received an email after requesting feedback which I have nothing but good things to say. One of our guests was landing at Orlando very early and hours before check in time so they requested an early check-in. They did have to wait but still was able to check in by 11am when check-in time was 3pm. I arrived with 10 others around 11pm where we were warmly greeted, checked in, given information on breakfast, as well as given bottles of water. After travelling, that was refreshing. Francesca made booking a room block for my wedding guests super easy and painless and I would 100% do it again. I plan on patronizing this hotel again should I cruise out of Port Canaveral in the future.

    My sister and I stayed here for one night and was very disappointed as IHG charged my VISA twice even after they confirmed they had the payment from February 28, 2026 for a one night stay in April. After checked out, my Visa card was charged again. None of the IHG staff can't seem to figure out the two charges made on my card because it was not communicated to front desk staff and front desk staff did not bother to do further research. They kept pointing fingers to Booking.com even thought on my bank statement, it clearly shows the charge came from IHG. I will not recommend this hotel for this reasons. I've stayed in so many Holiday Inns in US and even outside US that we never have this extreme inconvenience. I will not stop battling until I get the refund for the first charge. I am adding to my review in response to Garrett Hamelers who claimed that my sister and I were a no show on February 26, 2026. I have email records that the one night reservation was modified from 2/26/26 to 4/23/26 that I have attached here. Please do a better job in your investigation before you make false information on this review. Again, I will not stop until I get the refund. And show accountability of your screw up and not place blame on your paying customers! Nice try for covering up your error!!

    This hotel while conveniently located to cruise ports and some staff were helpful - the positive feedback ends here. Be cautious when booking through a second party like booking.com because either their systems are not connected well or they do not communicate with each other. If this is a system issue, then they should remove their property from other booking platforms. My pay later booking ended up being charged prior to stay, this has never happened before with all my booking.com reservations. When I contacted both, and providing my bank statement, they finally accepted that they indeed precharged in full. I have confirmations in email. When I arrived at property, I double checked again with front desk that my stay is already paid in full - they acknowledged this. But we provided a card at check in for incidentals. Upon check out, our hotel statement was zero balance so I assumed all is good. The following day, my card was charged again for a one night stay - so I now have two charges. My issue with this hotel is their lack of initiative to make sure all their reservation info are correct. Their lack of accountability and lack of simple customer service is utterly disappointing. How could you not see that one simple booking for. One night stay has now been paid twice? How could you not see that information? And now the two parties are pointing fingers at each other with no resolution in sight. Im out extra hundred dollars on my acct due to their incompetence. A simple read through history, simple communication would have avoided this issue all together. The front desk people at this property are all rude except for the one person we encountered on 4/23 evening. Do better holiday inn express cape canaveral. Youre not the only property near the cruise terminals.
