  The hotel smelled of mold. When I walked through the door I could not stay in the room I was in as it had so much perfume to hide from the mold smell. The mold was everywhere and evident. The hotel failed to give me a refund that I asked for through Expedia. Do not stay here. The pictures are deceiving.

  One of the BEST Holiday Inn Express locations we have ever had the pleasure of staying in, perfect room, clean, cool, excellent soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner all made by Dove (low fragrance for those with sensitivities to perfume) no detectible frangrances on the sheets, pillows or towels ~ yet super fresh. Beds very comfortable 🫠 the staff was superior, very service oriented & helpful. We had not planned on needing a hotel that night at all,so we didn't have anything WITH us ~ but the young man ( I think his name was Philip) at the front desk took good care of us with toothbrushes, paste, razor, shaving cream, deodorant etc. Made it so easy and not a bother at all. In the special needs room ~ the handicap grip rails on 3 walls of the bathtub 🛁made me feel secure! Breakfast was hot & delicious ,( eggs 🥓 or turkey sausage) & had fresh fruit, hot cooked oatmeal, bagels, etc for every taste or diet.

  This hotel is in a great location with dining and shopping all around and just a short drive to the fabulous beaches stretching along Anna Maria island and Bradenton beach. Staff is excellent and friendly. The pool area is lovely. The room is very comfortable and well equipped.

  had a week long stay , everything was perfect, the staff extremely helpful with my needs and the groups needs, breakfast was delicious, the front desk staff were great, especially Megan , very friendly and extremely helpful, 😀
