  You can tell that there has been some Renovations done but the bathroom is still a little rickety. The walls are so thin I can hear the person in the Next Room snoring

  paid for two handicapped rooms and requested first floor. when we arrived only one room was truly a handicap room and both were on the second floor. shower curtain was in tatters and someone else’s hair was on the shower wall. tub faucet wasn’t even fixed to the shower wall and was hanging off. The toilet was so low the handicapped person in our party couldn’t use it. The worst part was on day two when we arrived back at the hotel the elevator was out of service and wasn’t going to be fixed until the next day. two paying patrons totally unable to get to their rooms and hotel staff has no solution for us, stating there are no available rooms to switch on first floor. Will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn ever again. I am sure this must be a violation of the ADA. Edit to add when i did get back to my room and noticed itchy bites i stripped the bed and in fact did find bed bugs.

  I opted for this location because the Lantana location had roaches but just as I was about to settle in for bed. I saw a questionable mark on the bed, as I pulled back the covers I found more questionable stains that prompted me to get new linens. It’s so unfortunate. Oh and there was a bag on the light there, not sure what that’s about and I was instructed to do nothing. 🫠

  Holiday inn is a joke for real. On top of that I paid 160 dollars for 1 night because they wouldn’t accept cash as an “ incident “deposit for just me I had to sleep in the car the money was taken out of my account room was paid for but because I didn’t have a credit card to put on file nor am I given a return of my money charged because what ? What a scam I will never stay at a holiday Inn or any IHG affiliated hotel ever again what a joke. And front desk was clueless and rude. Holiday inn you’re a joke.

  This place was very nice. Room was very spacious and clean. I loved the walk in shower and that instead of nasty looking shower curtains, they had glass sliding doors. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good for what you paid for it (nothing). Nice assortment of food. Rooms can get very cold which is nice in Florida summer. Lots of restaurants and stores close. Really my only complaint would be the toilets in a standard room are extremely low to the ground so if you have a bad hip, back, or knees, get an accessible room. A small inconvenience for me but might be a big issue for someone else. Overall great stay and if I ever am back in town again, I will stay here then as well.
