  I brought my mom here for Mother’s Day, and unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected. The room itself was decent, but the shower was poorly maintained (we stayed in room 305). The receptionist who checked us in was kind and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the following morning when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 a.m., the experience was very disappointing. There was barely any food left, the breakfast area was crowded and unclean, and the staff member working there (I did not catch her name) was extremely unpleasant. My mom politely asked whether more bread would be brought out, and the employee responded with a rude attitude. We also noticed her speaking harshly to other guests as well. It made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, especially for a special occasion like Mother’s Day, and unfortunately we would not choose to stay here again.

  We were booked for 3 nights, stayed one and left. The hotel is dated. The hallways smell of mildew. The mattress on the bed was older, shot, uncomfortable. When the AC kicked in, it was very loud, waking us up at night. The toilet loudly ran on and off all night, waking us. It is a pet friendly hotel and you could hear dogs barking. We checked out, even paying an early check in fee at a nearby hotel.

  The workers are nice, breakfast had many options but it was rather run down. This place needed updates like 5 years ago. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

  I’m very disappointed in our stay. For starters check in was probably the worst experience I have ever had. The lady told me that I cut in front of a couple that was standing over at the water station, I didn’t know they were in line to check in since they were so far away. It was fine I let them go in front of me even though I had two screaming babies in the car. Then their family walked in from outside, I saw their car pull up and they let that family member cut in front of me. After 25 minutes of waiting, it was my turn the phone rings and the agent takes the call, instead of helping me check in. After she saw how angry I was she finally put them on hold. Lastly, we had the fire alarm go off in our room over 5 times in the middle of the night. It wasn’t beeping or chirping it actually went off as if there was a fire. When I told the front desk in the morning, he didn’t even apologize just said oh I will tell maintenance it’s probably a bad battery. I’m like no the alarm actually went off… If you want a mediocre price and are prepared to just have a place to lay your head then this is the place but don’t expect much or even expect to get any sleep. The cinnamon rolls in the morning are all that I can say were good about the place.
