  Room was outdated and not clean, laundry facilities inoperable, charged for a gross breakfast that is free at any other holiday inn. Also, one elevator was broken and the pool was closed. Embassy suites is roughly same price and has good breakfast, including a chef preparing omlettes.

  I hate to leave bad ratings but I travel a lot and I have stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was terrible firstly the restaurant and bar that’s pictured on the website is closed so you have no food at the hotel except for what the front desk area has to offer which is very limited . The 3 times I went to get a water or something no one was even there to take payment for anything the front desk is poorly managed with a shut door and no one in the front . I called housekeeping for towels and toilet paper and never got it I had to use tissues until finally the guy at the front desk gave me a roll. The water pressure is terrible in the showers and at night the air conditioning goes into some sort of power saving mode and won’t stay on for long periods of time. I am also pretty sure that this hotel is gearing up to become a private residence property as alot of people seem to be living there not on vacation. I never got a smile or a greeting from an employee at this location. I would highly suggest not staying at this property as it undated and surely the franchise owner does not care at all about it. I stayed a week and will surely be calling corporate as I am also a travel rewards partner with Holiday Inn and I am also in the hotel business and am embarrassed for the owners of this location. They could be doing better .

  Not worth the price. Entire facility needs power washing. Outside flooring on each floor needs repainting. Parking lot needs to be repainted. The entire facility feels as if the management doesn't care about its standards.

  First room smelled bad thought it was the ocean smell but nope was water damage from the over filled a/c. Changed to a second room smelled great but then went to go to bed and the sheets not fit the bed and blood stains on the padded sheet on the bed. Switched rooms again to get another room and the a/c is flooding same as the first bit not bad yet. Never had so many issues at a hotel before. Managers need to make sure staff are doing jobs proper not half way. Now have to leave at 8 but manager is not in till 9?

  I stay at least 1 hotel a month and this Holiday Inn level is like a motel. Front desk lady brings their kid to work, which is fine. But the kid eating popcorn, making a mess in the lobby and they don’t even clean it up. Oh I wonder why there was a lady cleaning but she doesn’t clean the popcorn mess. Only 1 elevator working. This is 1st and last time we be stay this hotel
