  Room had no AC. Hotel didn't look necessarily very clean. Staff was nonplussed about AC not working and had no solutions

  If you value your health, life, and wellbeing...DO NOT STAY HERE. We had to fight for a room. First room water was broken, AC was broken. Second room reeked of mold and every air was BLACK covered with mold and a towel was glued covering the smoke detector. Third room was stained, every water fixture was broken, half of the furniture is broken. Half of the outlets don't work. Every piece of fabric is stained. Front desk is hiding in the office eating muffins and does not come to the desk. The phone in the room isn't working, so we have to go to the desk to get anything. No shampoo or soap, we needed new towels so had to talk to 2 different front desk staff and 3 different housekeepers until we found a cart with towels. We have asked the same number of people to come clean the room, been told "10 minutes" for the last 8 hours. Send a mold inspector here and the building will be shut down. We contacted IHG corporate who told us that "hotel management would deal with it"...but we can't get anything from them. Save your money and your health, go somewhere else.

  We have stayed all over the United States, with holiday inn, never have we ever stayed at such a disgusting, stinky, no shower curtains, moldy smell, dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, dirty comforters , dirty damp floors and for the price this place charges to stay in filth is absolutely disgusting. Charge for everything, and expect people to stay in filth. I highly suggest this place get cleaned up or shut down, I do not know how a hotel can run so unsanitary. We Left couldn’t stay there , health department should definitely look into this place.

  Rooms outdated. I don’t even think our AC worked but luckily it was cool enough we didn’t need it for our quick stay. We were so hungry and didn’t want to deal with the Boca traffic so we ate on-site. The woman who was working the bar was extremely friendly!!! I give her a +5-star review. She was a joy to talk to and was very helpful. The food wasn’t bad either! It was very basic but still delicious and affordable! Very convenient to eat by the pool. My kids loved the pool even though it was a little chilly - the hot tub was great. We stayed here on a whim and this was the only hotel that had availability. We didn’t love the room but everything else was great.
