  Upon walking into this hotel, did I find a gem. Not only did I receive the best service that I received in many years from my hotel. Cedric, the wonderful concierge, is a leader in my eyes and a person to go to and you need to be guided into the right direction when it comes to customer satisfaction. I recommend this hotel for anybody.Whether you're alone or whether you're with your family, this is a place to be.Not only do they offer twenty four hour gym and amenities such as a hot tub and a beautiful pool and experience.Bring your family along, bring everybody along.This is the place to be.

  I booked this hotel because I wanted a peaceful vacation with my partner in a great location with easy beach access. Choosing this property was a huge mistake. This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The property looks run down and poorly maintained. It honestly resembles an old roadside motel where people hang around outside, and the rooms are dirty and desperately need a deep cleaning. The biggest issue was the room key and door. From the moment we checked in, our keys failed multiple times. On three separate occasions, we had to track down housekeeping or maintenance just to get into our room. Around 9:00 PM, we stepped out and realized we had forgotten something inside. We went to the front desk for assistance, but no one was there. We waited over 30 minutes before finally giving up and leaving. When we returned at 12:18 AM, we still couldn’t get into our room because the door lock would not work. Maintenance was nowhere to be found, and we were locked out until approximately 1:33 AM. After a full day out, being forced to wait over an hour in the middle of the night just to access our room was completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was a serious security issue. As my boyfriend was entering our room on the day we checked in, a man began following him and repeatedly tried to enter our room while looking inside. We immediately reported this to the front desk. During that conversation, we learned that it’s apparently common for people to come to the desk asking for keys to rooms that aren’t theirs. What shocked me even more was that, although one employee said she personally asks for ID, we were never asked to show identification any of the multiple times we had to get replacement keys. That raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. The staff members themselves were polite and seem like they have the potential to provide good service, but this property is clearly not being managed properly. It feels like ownership is more interested in collecting revenue than maintaining the hotel or ensuring guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Because of these issues, we couldn’t continue our stay. I originally booked this hotel from July 9 through July 13, but the experience was so unacceptable that we checked out on July 10. I am requesting a full refund for this stay. No guest should have to deal with repeated lock failures, hours of being locked out of their room, poor maintenance, cleanliness issues, and serious security concerns.

  Many imperfections, but updates our last visit here 5 weeks ago. They moved us twice, finally to a room with no living room TV and no 'pocket doors' separating bathroom, bedroom, and living room. The first room had no card reader, so we couldn't get in. The second room had no hot water (only cold water). We were really the tired when we arrived, so being moved twice was very inconvenient and exhausting!! We needed to ask daily for fresh towels and waste basket liners because room ser ice did not arrive. MOST workers were friendly, but 'the business system' (other than billing us) was kind of inefficient. We return here and watch ongoing improvements, and that is encouraging to us. Quite a few residents broke the clearly-marked non-smoking rules Nice looking exterior in nice Florida setting.

  Well the room smelled like mildew. The bathroom door didn’t shut. They ran out of clean towels and only provided two for the room. We asked both the front desk and one of cleaning ladies and they refused to let us have any. Ac was either blasting or the room was very hot. You get the price of what you pay I guess. Would not recommend at all.

  Don’t say here!!! This is basically a motel 6 from the 90’s with no upgrades!! I checked in, went to my room 445, immediately walked to the office and demanded my money back! Nasty rooms, bathroom was nasty, 2” gap between the room door/floor, and the list goes on. I can’t believe IHG has their names on this property?!? I’ve stayed at IHG properties for the past 18 years while traveling for work and pleasure but THIS location is in deplorable condition! Find another location before booking a room!!!
