  Holiday inn express on 8144 Glades Rd. Is an excellent place to stay. It’s very clean. All workers are around to help you with anything you might need. Breakfast is a wide variety. Coffee is 24 hours. Shopping around here is superb. I highly recommend this place

  Where do I even begin? I went to get into bed and discovered the sheets were filthy — stained and covered with hair. I went downstairs to ask for housekeeping, only to be told they had already gone home for the night. I then asked for clean sheets so I could change them myself. The desk clerk (who was very nice) sent me upstairs with the security guard ( who was also very nice) on a hunt for sheets. He brought me to a third-floor linen closet and told me to sift through the shelves and find my own bedding. Nothing was labeled, so I couldn’t even figure out which sheets fit a king bed. When I asked for help, he admitted he had no idea which ones were correct either. After about half an hour of searching for sheets and pillowcases, I told him I’d wait downstairs while he continued looking. I explained to the front desk clerk that the security guard still couldn’t find the correct sheets, so the clerk finally went upstairs himself to help. About 10 minutes later, they came down with a pile of linens which the sheet didn’t fit when I attempted to make the bed Fifteen minutes later, I found three bugs crawling in the bed. That was the last straw. At 1 AM, we packed up and left and checked into a nearby Hilton Boca Raton Suites, which was clean, spacious, and newly renovated. Now, two days later, I still haven’t received my refund from the Holiday Inn Boca Raton

  This hotel has the worst customer service. They are holding a deposit that they say I never paid, said I never had a reservation, when I clearly stayed. We pre paid another time, was told it was all done then the night desk guy would not honor it and made several racist remarks. I won't ever use a holiday inn again. I'm contacting corporate

  HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL: THE PROS: — BREAKFAST: The only real value here was the breakfast spread, which was actually quite good. — STAFF: For the most part, the staff is VERY nice. THE CONS: — AC/HVAC: The unit was terrible and inconsistent. I spent the whole night waking up because it was either freezing or boiling. We also noticed tiny ants coming in around the unit. — NO GUEST ELEVATOR: There is no elevator for patrons. We had to carry all our luggage up two flights of stairs and down long hallways ourselves. — BUSINESS CENTER: It’s basically a joke. The screen barely functions (only 1/3 of it works), and the printer/internet setup is useless. Thankfully, a very helpful staff member at the front desk printed some documents for me.

  Le falta más limpieza a las habitaciones, no sirven los aires acondicionados, nos cambiaron cinco veces y esas cinco habitaciones eran un desastre, las alfombras de los pasillos son un verdadero asco, nunca las aspiran, son un cultivo de malos olores, llenas de cucarachas, las housekeeping son las encargadas de mantener las habitaciones limpias, y de verdad NO SIRVEN, de paso todas son unas GROSERAS, le pedi toallas, champú a ellas cuando fueron hacer el servicio de limpieza en la habitación me dijeron que no podian darme lo solicitado, y entraron varias y ninguna solucionó, ademas de que se me perdieron algunas cosas personales de la habitación después de que ellas estuvieron haciendo el servicio, fui a recepción y pedi hablar con la manager Charisse Smith, la cuál oi cuándo le dijo a la Senora Ade que me dijera que no estaba, que falta de seriedad, ética y profesionalismo, y compromiso para solucionar al huesped y gerenciar un hotel de IHG, no hicieron nada, hable con Justin Bronw, el cuál tampoco me solucionó, también fue bastante descortes conmigo y con mi esposo, por que para ese señor era más importante una llamada telefónica, mis cosas se perdieron, hasta que por fin me tope con alguien muy amable llamado JAVIER, el me solucionó todo, en menos de cinco minutos me llevo las toallas a la habitación, todo lo solicitado por mi, y mi esposo, lo felicito no todos tienen la educacion y la disponibilidad de ayudar, y solucionar, finalmente nos dispusimos a ir a desayunar, el desayuno estaba delicioso, todo caliente, en orden, y completamente atractivo, y limpio el lugar, eso nos cambio el mal rato que tuvimos, la chica llamada Yoly, que atiende el desayuno, muy simpática ella, también fue amable, atenta y cortes con nosotros, felicito a estas dos últimas personas, Javier y Yoly por ser tan amables y con buena actitud hacia el huesped. Creó que no volveremos a reservar aquí.
