- TWTrey WootonJul 21, 20262.0The hotel from the beginning seems great! When I got to the room, the AC was set on 71 but warm. I turned it down to 66 and by early morning, the room had cooled down enough to rest but it should have been freezing in which it was not. I found a small roach on the floor that evening. The TV was not working. I called the front desk and after the front desk talked to maintenance, they said that TV was broken. They offered to change the room but I was already settled for the night as it was late so I declined. There was a light bulb out by the bed. The toilet leaked all night long loud enough to hear it in the room. I talked to morning front desk clerk. She said she would pass along these concerns to the manager and the manager would give me a call. I never received a call. After I talked to the front desk, I had breakfast but it wasn't very good either. Beware of staying at this location.

Everyone I walked by had a smile and was helpful. Joe in the front was super sweet when I need help and you can tell he puts guests first by the way he talks to everyone. Yolo was always there during breakfast to make sure everything went smoothly. She made sure everyone had a relaxing morning and took care of anything we needed. There is also a publix and Italian icee place you can walk to! The location is great.
