- CTCristol TherienMay 6, 20261.0Terrible experience while staying at this hotel. The smell is overwhelming when you walk in the door. We had an issue with a stay and the GM Scott was extremely rude. There is no customer service. The front desk lady was sure they would correct the issue, but the GM shut it down and started making false accusations. Will absolutely never stay here again as a diamond elite member.
- KZKris ZieglerApr 23, 20261.0i've stayed in many Holiday Inn express hotels, and I've had many good experiences....here, Our room is damp and smells of mildew... there has been a ringing in our room that sounds like a tuning fork that goes nonstop. We tried to get it rectified staff was as helpful as they could be. They cannot find where the noise is coming from. My daughter and I are up here for a wrestling tournament, we have not been able to sleep well for now the second night! I will be contesting my bill!
