    Randomly stopped here after driving 10 hours. Room available, service was great, location was great, room was great, and breakfast was great. I was so impressed by this hotel.

    The general manager of this hotel is by far the most delusional person I've ever dealt with and he is a horrible representative of this hotel chain. Thankfully I was able to block his attempt at charging my debit card, as he attempted 4 separate charges for multiple different amounts, for a stay we had to cancel after my sons race was canceled in the area. Never in my life have I dealt with a "manager" who was so rude. Making threats against a possible guest?? Wild.

    We stayed here because of a family member in the hospital Katrina at the front desk extended our check out and was very nice and understanding 🙏 Highly recommend this hotel! A+++

    They said we had to book first in advance, that is there policy, I am not going to give them a bad review, because we could not get a room, we had to get one at the last minute because of a loved one who passed away. I am sure they are a great hotel chain.

    I didn’t get a chance to stay here but still had to give it 1 stars. This reminds me why I stick with Marriott. Booked 2 nights for a softball tournament 7/17-719. Paid $142.58 up front and owed night #2 upon check in. The tournament ended up getting cancelled so I had to cancel the room. Upon cancellation more than 3 weeks prior to scheduled check in and I have to forfeit my $142.58!!! I could see charging if it was less than 48 hours but more than 3 weeks!!! So now it cost me money to not attend a tournament we were supposed to attend. What a crappy policy this is!! I will drive the extra miles to stay with Marriott. We take staycations often and won’t even be considering IHG properties due to the cancellation policies!! So disappointed! Per the hotels response i have reached out MULTIPLE TIMES, have received voicemail for management and am disconnected before being able to leave a message. Review remains unchanged!!!
