  Ala berdad hemos en cada viaje que tomamos algunas veces pasamos a oteles como este..y he tenido buena experiencia pero esta ves queda decir quede insatisfecha con la limpieza las sábanas y almohadas tenían un olor muy desagradable como a suciedad. Reservamos 5 avitaciones y en las 5 nos paso lo mismo...de Ai lo demás al 100

  Reid was very pleasant checking us in. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We were just passing through for the night and it was a nice stay.

  ⭐️ 1-Star Review — Worst Experience, Would Never Recommend I had the worst experience with this hotel and would never recommend staying here. I had been up since 2 AM traveling to move my daughter for college. After a long, exhausting day of getting her settled, we finally made our way to the hotel around 10 PM, completely exhausted and looking forward to getting some much-needed rest. When I arrived to check in, I was told by the front desk that my reservation had been canceled. I was told the cancellation was supposedly due to Expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia, and they confirmed that this was NOT their fault and that they had never spoken with the hotel regarding any cancellation. Expedia actually tried to help me find another hotel, but because it was college move-in weekend, there were no hotels available. The hotel told me they would provide proof showing what happened. I waited 24 hours, giving them the opportunity to provide that documentation, and I still have not received anything. I am extremely disappointed with how this entire situation was handled and absolutely unacceptable. Expedia tried to help me. The hotel did not. Please BE AWARE when making a reservation here and make sure you have confirmation and are prepared for the possibility of this happening. Based on my experience, I will never stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to anyone. What should have been a simple place to rest after an emotional and exhausting day turned into an incredibly stressful nightmare.
