  It's always an amazing stay at Holiday Inn! This one was fantastic 👏 From the clerk Christian at the front desk, to the pool, the room and hot breakfast.

  Stood with my family here to go to the springs. I’m from SWFL and took a 4 Hour Drive here. Hotel was immaculately clean. Great service and nice outdoor area. Would definitely stay here again.

  Very disappointing experience with this property. I had a reservation through Booking.com with an original total of $218. On the day of the reservation, I submitted a free cancellation request and contacted the property directly. I was told no manager was available and the front desk could not approve or review the cancellation request. The request was later denied because it was considered a same-day cancellation, even though I had contacted the property that day and was told no manager was available to help. I was also charged $245, which was more than the original total shown on my Booking.com reservation. I understand hotels have cancellation policies, but the handling of this situation was very frustrating. The lack of manager availability, the denial after I tried to resolve it the same day, and the higher charge amount left me feeling that this was handled unfairly. I would caution others to be very careful with cancellation terms and to document everything when booking here through third-party sites.

  Splendid stay and the perfect base camp for Ginnie Springs! 🌲💦🚗 The only issue I had during my trip was with the people I went with—aside from that, everything at the hotel was absolutely splendid! If you want to escape the city noise and the constant traffic, this is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you are planning a trip to Ginnie Springs. My biggest recommendation: if you plan to camp or spend the day at Ginnie Springs, stay here at least the night before. This allows you to leave early in the morning and avoid the long lines at the entrance, which can easily take around 30 minutes (plus all the walking you'll do inside anyway). Just a quick tip for the springs—make sure to check their website beforehand for all the rules, try to pick a sunny day with no rain forecast to fully enjoy it, and be prepared because the spring water is freezing cold! It’s a beautiful natural spring, so enjoy the connection with nature and expect very little internet service. The hotel itself was a great, peaceful choice!
