- JSJason SApr 29, 20261.0Had to cancel our stay due my wife’s emergency surgery. We wrote an email to their GM asking if we could have credits to stay another time to see my wife’s daughter after she recovers (we understood we were not entitled to a refund) and he just said no. We emailed IHG executives of the GM’s poor handling of the situation and they agreed that our request was fair and copied the GM on the response to honor our request. No response for months. We emailed the IHG executives and the GM again asking for an update with only a credit for 1 free night on points, we had booked 6. We lost a lot of money, but they lost an IHG member too. We will never stay at an IHG hotel again. Do not count on this GM or IHG to assist you with any issues when you try to travel to use their hotels to see family. Just greedy and rude, kept the money and we got nothing.

- PAPatti AbeleMar 29, 20261.0All Saturday thru midnight the door to the stairs open and slammed shut liberally shaking my door loudly. Management spoke to them once and than give up. I was left with my choice but to leave. The front desk gave an off the cuff sorry. I recommend avoiding this location. There is a Holiday Inn 15 minutes down the road towards West Chester they respect guests needs.
