Title: Disappointing stay due to booking issue and lack of resolution
Review:
Although we usually enjoy our stays here, this visit was disappointing. We were given the wrong room type, which caused significant inconvenience for our family. As a result, we were unable to fit comfortably in the two rooms, and part of our group had to leave the trip early.
We confirmed by calling the inn that we had originally booked a larger room, but staff denied any error during the booking process. Unfortunately, this issue was not resolved during our stay, which impacted our overall experience.
We hope the property reviews its booking and room assignment process to prevent similar situations in the future.

After staying at the Bellmoor last summer and having a great experience, my wife and I recently to book another stay with our new baby. Based on our more recent experience, things seem to be going downhill, perhaps at the fault of new ownership. Our check in was delayed by 1.5 hours, despite calling 6 hours ahead to request an early check-in. After we got to our room, our keys were not working and they needed to completely reset the badge reader on the door. We had also requested a crib for our baby about 2 weeks before our stay and when we arrived, we were told that they only have pack-and-plays and don’t actually have cribs. For any parents, this is a big difference in size and quality of sleep for the baby. Additionally, our room was not cleaned after our first night and when we called to request towels, we were told that cleaning does not happen until 2:30 - 5:00 PM. Then, on the day we were checking out, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 AM to clean our room. We had made our complaints to a staff member and were told that the person who was previously helping us “didn’t always know what they were talking about” and that a manager would be in touch with us, which they never did. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and the food is great, but there are a lot of staffing and logistical problems they need to fix before we’ll justify their prices and stay here again.

I was fortunate enough to have two massages during our stay at the Bellmoor Hotel. Both were exceptional. The therapists were very solicitous of any injuries, pressure threshold, and inquiring about what needed the most attention. I recommend the spa very highly and plan to go again on my next trip.

For the price this is not worth it. The room is nice but the cable freezes the screen every 10 minutes. This is a problem for all the rooms. There is limited parking space. I had to wait until someone left the parking area (around 15 minutes). You have to ask for fresh towels, otherwise you won’t get them. This is one of the most expensive places in Rehoboth. I think the standard of service should reflect that.
