I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Express! The environment is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Feeling safe and comfortable during a stay is so important, and this hotel truly creates an atmosphere where guests can relax and feel at ease. The cleanliness throughout the property really stands out and reflects the care and attention the team puts into making guests feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Lakeshia for being absolutely amazing! She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, and she goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a positive experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help, make such a difference. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Employees like Lakeshia are what make a hotel stand out from the rest. She deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides and the positive impression she leaves on guests. I would absolutely recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay in Rehoboth. The combination of a well-maintained environment and exceptional customer service makes this a five-star experience. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for future stays!

We had ants in our room. Staff was quick to change our room and the second room had no issues. I actually really like some of the small things they have like liquid hand soap and big hangers and great black out shades. I just think house keeping didn’t do a good job with our first room because I noticed left over crumbs or dog treats so the ants were there. It was also a room closer to the end of the hotel so luckily moving closer to the center and the elevators the second room had no issues.

Rude front desk lady who made me feel like I was wasting their time when I arrived to check in. She rolled her eyes at us and yelled at me when their credit card swipe wasn’t working. To top it off, we found a large cockroach in the bathroom and woke up the next day with several mysterious bug bites. Hopefully not bed bugs.
