- JSJoAnna Scanlon6 days ago5.0We were so impressed with this hotel! We booked a room last minute during a long drive without doing much research. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were stocked with quality shampoos/soaps. The pool was a great bonus and the pool area was well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful- there was a variety of hot and cold food options- something for everyone. Overall this was such a pleasant surprise find- one the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was typical and decent. We would stay here again! We didn’t go, but the Pub next door offers 10% off to hotel guests.
- MMMichael MoyerJun 30, 20261.0Booked Via Priceline. Suite was not available which I booked. I took the room they had because it was late and had no other option. Bait and switch. Checked out the next day " I am checking out and handed card". Called price line to get try and get refund for remaining days of stay. Spoke with someone at the hotel said would need to speak to GM but she was not there. Finally spoke to the GM a week or so later who was not very helpful and ridgid who said she was there that day and never spoke to anyone and did not say I checked out. But I spoke to people from Holiday Inn on Saturday and confirmed I was no longer in the building. Refusing to refund the day I did not stay. Did not get what I paid for, did not want to stay the full stay and charged for a night I did not actually stay in the hotel. The customer service and rigidity of the GM was the worst thing. It's a hospitality industry. Will stay with other brands going forward. Priceline was also not great to deal with either.
- JSJ Espy SpeedJun 28, 20265.0Great stay! The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked each morning. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
