    Dear Hotel Manager/Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had reserved two rooms, numbers 306 and 320, and my experience was far below expectations. Specifically, room 320 was never cleaned during our stay. I was forced to empty my own trash and make my own bed the entire time. Additionally, I had to request clean towels every single day. Furthermore, we never had the opportunity to use the pool because it was consistently "temporarily closed until after 3." I hope you will take this feedback seriously and look into these service failures. I did send an email to management but never received a response

    We have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. The staff are wonderful. Everything is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is great. The area is very safe. We walked out in the evening and had a great stay.

    Forget the musty smell or the fact that we were never able to use the pool due to some weird maintenance thing, the worst part were the sugar ants. They were everywhere! They were literally coming out of the the wall?? You couldn't leave a single bit of food or a snack out because they'd be all over your stuff. We planned on staying an extra day, but left early, loosing money, because we rather not. The ant problem was so bad, we ended up finding a couple of them coming out of one of our coolers in our car. Their breakfast was good though.

    Outdated hotel 1 elevator with the old bell "DING" on every floor. Rooms need to be updated/repaired. Breakfast was typical "free breakfast " and the coffee was so-so. The shower was AWFUL, the plunger wouldn't divert the water so the shower had almost no pressure. I mentioned to the front desk on the way out that it needed to be fixed... and came back that night and it had not been fixed.
