  Had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions—definitely would come back!

  I stayed at this hotel on Friday, April 17, and unfortunately had a frustrating experience from the start. When I arrived around 11:00 AM to check in, there was no staff member at the front desk. I waited about five minutes while I could hear employees talking in the back before anyone came out to assist me. When I was finally acknowledged by Allison, I was told there were no rooms available before I was even asked for my name. I returned about 45 minutes later and was then able to check in without issue, which made the initial interaction even more confusing. The room itself felt unnecessarily cramped. I booked a king room, but it felt extremely tight, almost like a shoebox. The layout is awkward and not well thought out. For example, if someone is exiting the bathroom while another person is entering the room, one person has to stop and wait due to the limited space. During the evening, the professionalism of the staff was also concerning. There was loud talking and yelling on speakerphones from personal devices, which made the environment feel unprofessional. As an IHG employee, I had higher expectations. Unfortunately, this stay did not reflect the level of service and standards typically associated with the brand.

  I booked a room at this hotel for my husband, myself and our 2 teenage children. Upon arrival, there was noone at the front desk and I had to call for service. A young man named Vincent came out and I told him I was here to check in. He told me I booked an accesible room with 1 queen bed, which I absolutely did not. I had booked via expedia and he told me that he could not help me and would not provide a room with 2 beds. I was totally blown away that anyone could think 4 people could fit in 1 bed. So after 10 minutes of arguing with Vincent and him refusing to help us,we had to leave and book a different hotel. 100% would never stay here as the service is terrible and clearly customer satisfaction does not come first. Horrible.

  I had a great stay during my week in Dover. Big, comfy bed. Plenty of space. The room was up against the elevator, which was not great, but there was minimal sound. Only wish the pool was open while the outside temp was in the 90s. Memorial day to labor day.

  I've stayed here in the past and always been pleased and this trip is no different. Rooms are Always clean, staff is super friendly, and breakfast is hor and ready!!! Great place to lay your head!!!
