  The staff was very respectful, The rooms were clean. The only downfall to our stay was that the pool was green we stayed there the weekend of Fourth of July for three nights and we were looking forward to swimming when it was 100° outside, but we couldn’t because the pool was very nasty but other than that, the hotel for the price that you pay was good

  I do not recommend anyone stay here at this location until the pool and the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and the staff learn how to do their jobs. As a best western member me and my family thought this hotel would have been a good choice but unfortunately we were wrong . We had to ask multiple times for them to clean the room and give us new towels washcloths and trash pulled I personally pulled the trash and my husband went to the front desk where he stood for 45 minutes and nobody was there to help so he had to grab blankets and sheets and towels ect. We were only given one roll of toilet paper during our stay..they were not attentive at all it was sad to say a horrible experience. My children couldn't enjoy the pool because the smell was so bad and the slime algae at the bottom of the pool was so grotesque. They are also supposed to offer a complimentary breakfast and the sausage was rock hard as were the potatoes they had out . The yogurt machine was always off so no way of getting any of that either. Our stay was from the 3rd to the 6th and we we're relieved that our stay is over! When we booked the hotel we were charged extra and not given the right price on our bill so now I have to work that out with my bank . I am very displeased by the whole experience

  I was charged the incidental deposit 4 days after my stay with no warning or reason as to why. When I called to get some clarification I was told that only a manager would have the information I needed. I called 3 more times to speak with a manager and my contact info was taken twice because the manager was not available. Its been 4 weeks since my stay and no email or calls as to why I was charged or when or how I would be getting a refund. Very disappointing.

  The location of the hotel was literally the best part of this hotel stay. I came to town 6/20 for my mother’s wedding. Once checked in I go to my room and it’s NOT ready. Beds weren’t made it was crazy. I go to the front desk to try and get another room but they were full. So after waiting for them to finish getting the room together, I still cleaned the room myself as I always do and luckily I did. The front of the toilet had hair all on it and the room smelled stale. This situation caused us to be late to the wedding and my son was walking my mom in so they had to wait for us. I know mistakes happen but this is unacceptable.

  Everyone seems to be very friendly and helpful. Ive seen some comments regarding bed bugs but have not seen any myself. We always check before even getting settled in. Rooms are clean but I can agree that the bathroom flooring could use some updates
