His friendly attitude set the tone for the rest of my stay, and it was clear that the entire staff were not just competent but truly fantastic. I felt seen and taken care of as soon as I stepped onto the lobby. **Room size is a game‑changer.** The suite I booked turned out to be a spacious apartment‑style room—so big that I could literally stretch my legs on the sofa, still have a cozy bed area, and even set up a mini workstation for a quick video call. It felt like having a private home base while exploring the city. **Location and amenities.** The hotel sits just a short walk from major attractions and public transit, making it easy to hop around the 4th‑of‑July celebrations without a car.   I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at The LINE Hotel in Washington, DC. Traveling with two young children (2 month and 11 month ) can be challenging, but the entire team made our family feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the manager, Charlene. We only called to ask for a bed for one of our children, but instead of simply sending it to our room, Charlene personally came by to make sure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of care and attention is incredibly rare. She didn’t just go the extra mile !!!!! she went far above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for our family’s comfort made us feel valued and at home. The hospitality at The LINE Hotel exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests, especially families with children, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Thank you, Charlene, and the entire team, for making our visit so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

  Perfect location to where my friend and I wanted to be. Beautifully appointed rooms and hotel. The design of it is breathtaking and all the service staff were incredible. Drinks in the bar were delicious and bartenders were friendly and accomodating. The star of the show was Tecle, the valet guy. He was the first face of the hotel for us and his joy was infectious. He is truly a star with every single customer that pulled in and made everyone smile. Whatever he's being paid, he deserves double! I'll never forget him!

  Our stay at The LINE Hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. What truly made the experience exceptional was the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Sandra and Shelly, who both went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, happy, and felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Sandra was the first person to greet us, and from the moment we arrived, she made us feel special. Her warmth and attentiveness immediately set the tone for what would be an unforgettable visit. Shelly was equally amazing, offering thoughtful restaurant recommendations that were spot-on and helped make our celebration even more memorable. We were fortunate to stay in a beautiful corner king room with stunning views of both the Capitol and the Washington Monument, which provided the perfect backdrop for the special occasion we were celebrating. The room itself was bright, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the eclectic décor and artwork, which gave the space so much character and charm. It felt thoughtfully designed and refreshingly different from the typical cookie-cutter hotel room. The little details made all the difference. The shower products were generously sized, the minibar was stocked with delicious drinks and snacks, and we were delighted to find two complimentary bottles of San Pellegrino and a box of delicious macarons waiting for us. These thoughtful touches made the experience feel even more special. Breakfast at the restaurant was also excellent. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, making it the perfect way to start the day. The LINE Hotel combines beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, and thoughtful hospitality in a way that feels effortless. It is rare to find a hotel that gets so many things right, but this one certainly does. We left feeling cared for, appreciated, and already looking forward to the next visit.
