The LINE DC is a boutique hotel set inside a converted 110-year-old neoclassical church in Adams Morgan, one of Washington DC's most cultural neighborhoods. Original features — 60-foot vaulted ceilings, brass detailing, custom millwork, and large copper entry doors — sit alongside vintage-chic guestrooms with monument views. Home to No Goodbyes, an Adams Morgan neighborhood restaurant showcasing Chesapeake Bay and Mid-Atlantic ingredients, and No Goodbyes Bar, a 2026 Spirited Awards Regional Top 10 Honoree for Best U.S. Hotel Bar (East) led by acclaimed bartender Lukas B. Smith. Also home to the Coffee Shop @ No Goodbyes for scratch-baked breakfast. Culinary program overseen by the Fried Rice Collective (Chefs Danny Lee and Scott Drewno). Steps from Meridian Hill Park, walking distance to Dupont Circle and Columbia Heights Metro, 1.7 miles from the White House. Over 10,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, rooftop with Washington Monument and National Cathedral views, and a full-service ballroom. Pet-friendly. Valet parking. Live broadcast radio station on site.
Tanasle Samuels, our support person at the front desk, was extremely helpful to my family and I this morning. We are very grateful and she is a terrific example of thoughtful customer service. Thank you, Tanae!

Short but wonderful stay. Really enjoyed the design aesthetic of the hotel. The service was great. The receptionist Bailee in particular was very accommodating and informative. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to DC!

Loved the character of this converted church property. The former sanctuary now serves as the restaurant with two separate cocktail bars and coffee shop. Everyone working at the property was very friendly, helpful, and professional from the check-in staff to the housekeepers to the Food & Beverage staff and even the general manager. Did I mention this is the most dog friendly hotel I have ever visited? Dogs were even allowed in the restaurant area! A special recognition to valet service employee Tecle who went above and beyond expectations.

The Line is definitely not a five star hotel. The staff was very listless towards us at the front desk. Made attempts to call the front desk from the room with no answer. The rooftop bar next door was extremely loud. The room was fine, but the television system could use some updating. Overall, the experience was quite underwhelming and I would not return.

Bailee provided exceptional customer service from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She answered all of my questions, offered helpful information, and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Thank you, Bailee, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate your outstanding service!
