From the tea to the scones and mini sandwiches and everything in-between, it was amazing! We had our own room, but could still hear the lovely harpist and enjoy the music and ambiance!

Called the front desk the day after checking out after not initially noticing, and the front desks response was essentially, "Yeah, sorry about that," with no apparent effort to investigate or resolve the issue. The location is convenient, but I would recommend staying at the JW Marriott across the street instead. The service is significantly better.
