  Rooms were good enough, but service was crap and hospitality was crap, so was the breakfast. Eggs were watery, bacon was burnt, sausage was dry, only thing edible was the ready made pancakes. Housekeeping and someone who looked like the manager were banging on the door to get us to leave early, despite checkout being at noon and us having the do not disturb sign up. When my wife told the manager gentleman we would be leaving at checkout, he gave her sass, checked his watch, and said, “ugh, fine.” And parking was over $80 for a night. That was a very unexpected and unwelcome cost. Do not recommend staying here.

  Todo perfecto, en la habitación familiar o múltiple la comodidad del sofá cama podría ser mejor. Ofrecen desayuno variado y rico. Está muy bien ubicado para ir a las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad caminando.

  Like everyone else, there is no place to give feedback to the hotel itself so they could improve in areas where they fall short. I am a quality improvement specialist so this is important to me. For over $300/night-you would expect to have the necessary supplies in the bathroom which was not the case. No soap in the dispenser by the sink or the shower. The room was ice cold when I entered and even with the HVAC in the OFF position-there was still cold air coming in. There is no place on the website that says you can only access your vehicle in valet from 7 am-11pm. I was there for dinner with my niece from out of state. I also had a medical appointment early the following morning on the Eastern shore of MD. The front desk was the one positive aspect of my stay. Easy check in and when I explained my situation; I was told how it would be handled. The gentleman at the front desk helped me get my car before 7 am so I could be on my way. I am a long time rewards member and they would not let me use points for this stay. But they will take them away from you in a heartbeat. I’m an older solo traveler- so I don’t travel as much as I used to. I also signed up for a new promotion when you stay 1 night, you get a night for free. Remains to be seen if they will deliver on that.

  There wasn’t anything bad enough that I would’ve written a review, though there were some things that could’ve been improved. There was something outstanding enough for me to come write a review and that’s Rachel. If it weren’t for her this place wouldn’t be nice. She was SO nice, helpful, informative, and genuinely seemed to care. All it takes is one good employee to make all the difference. I hope they’re paying her well and treasuring her.

  Overbooked the hotel and didn’t have a room even though we prepaid. Made my 12 year old daughter had to walk in the rain and almost miss a concert with flew to DC to see. No Manager on hand to deal with the problem. Worst hotel experience of my life. Will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn.
