The staff were welcoming, the room felt clean and quiet, and the Georgetown location made it easy to walk around and enjoy the area. Everything felt well cared for without feeling too flashy. Overall, it was a smooth and relaxing stay that I would be happy to experience again.
- FFFran FoxJul 3, 20265.0I had a highly demanding day of business and travel yesterday. After a restful night in a fantastic Four Seasons bed, I woke up feeling completely refreshed. My schedule requires me to be up at 1:00 a.m. every morning to communicate with my European marketing team, and it is a pleasure to see the staff delivering authentic Four Seasons service through the middle of the night. Mervin in room service took my call when I first woke up. He handled the request flawlessly and did a fantastic job preparing and delivering my order. Later, I went down to the front desk to arrange a few services with Inna. She is an extremely friendly, competent, and caring individual. I also observed the night general manager cleaning light fixtures while wearing a sharp suit and tie. I didn't get his name, but that level of dedication is very impressive. Most recently, I realized I forgot my toothbrush. A wonderful housekeeper named Nang brought one to my room. She was incredibly friendly, hardworking, and even took the time to help me find a better chair to support my back. The team here provides exceptional care around the clock.
