Great location great staff, but the property itself can use some upgrading to live up to the four seasons name.

Beyond the wonderful location in Georgetown, what stood out most was the incredibly warm and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. The hotel staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. A very special thank you to Julia, whose kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made such a wonderful impression on us. Our room was spectacular, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. The service throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the restaurant experience was equally outstanding. Special thanks to Calla for the exceptional service and for making our dining experience so memorable. From the beautiful setting to the thoughtful service and attention to every detail, the Four Seasons Washington, DC truly delivers the level of hospitality you hope for from a luxury hotel. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it.

We were fortunate to receive an upgrade, which did come with a small additional charge though, but it was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful and made our stay more comfortable. What we especially appreciated was the incredible attention and care shown to our children, as well as to us. The staff was warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa and pool, which was a shame, but it gives us another reason to come back. We will definitely return here. A beautiful hotel, exceptional service, and a truly memorable stay!
