  Absolute horror story. after spending $100 deposit on top of almost $200 for one night, my husband and I found multiple insects in the bed, that I have photos of. On top of that (already horrifying experience) , the entire staff all truly need to be fired. The employees are extremely rude and will sneak into your room (With a do not disturb sign on the door), multiple times!!)) while you are not inside. I could write pages about how upset, disgusted, and angry, I am that this facility is still running. DONT STAY HERE.

  Avoid this hotel. Seriously! If I hadn’t arrived so late, after 10 pm, and needed to wake up at 4am to make a 6am flight out of Bradley the next morning, I would have left and gone somewhere else. As an IHG Diamond member, I’m genuinely baffled that this property is allowed to carry the brand, and I'm stunned by the number of positive reviews. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. The room was 88 degrees when I walked in, and it reeked. There's no excuse for putting a guest in a room that feels like an oven. The climate control should have been on long before check-in. Cracking the window didn't help. The AC only services the living area and doesn't reach the bedroom properly. There were three of us. One person had to sleep on the pull-out right in front of the AC, freezing, while the bedroom stayed hot for over three hours. It's a terrible design and made for a miserable night. And then the bathroom wasn't clean. There was scattered pubic hair and soap residue in the tub, which made it obvious housekeeping hadn't done their job. Between the heat, the smell, the poor layout, and the cleanliness issues, this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in years. I expect far better from the IHG brand. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me, and I can't recommend it.

  Even tho this hotel was being renovated, that's no excuse for the condition of my room - an unhealthy, horrible mess. My room's "new" lvm flooring was covered with debris. It had not been vacuumed. The worst of it was the BED BUGS AND LICE in the bedding and all over the mattress fabric. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car instead! It's not worth it.

  Took over an hour to get my prepaid, prebooked room after going back and forth with company 3rd party booking we use, never been an issue with over 2 years of weekly travel. There is no breakfast, pool is closed, but suites are good sized with full size fridge, microwave and small cooktop
