The first room smelled like dog urine, so the front desk moved me next door. Problem solved, right? Wrong.This room smells like cigarettes. So I called the front desk to let them know I DON’T SMOKE, because I absolutely do not want to be charged a smoking fee for a room that already smelled like cigarettes when I got there. I call the front desk and the guy answers, “YEAH, hello.” I said, “Is this the front desk?” He responds, “Yeah.” Sir… the customer service is matching the room at this point. The mattress has permanent human body print in it. And then there’s my bathtub phobia. The last thing I want is my feet floating in a stranger’s backed-up bathtub. So here I am… stuck between a rock and a hard place. I paid over $150 for a few hours of discomfort, questionable smells, and a bathtub I refuse to get in. At this point, all I can do is laugh because what else can I do?
