  DO…NOT….STAY…HERE 1-Star Review because i can’t give a zero — Extremely Disappointing Stay I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, especially for a company I’ve stayed with before, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel other travelers should know what they’re walking into. The rooms are very rundown and in serious need of attention, but the biggest issue was the smell. There was a horrible stench in our room that smelled like a mixture of urine and mildew. It was noticeable immediately, and honestly, if we weren’t there as part of a group, we would have left the moment we walked into the room. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Unfortunately, our experience with management was extremely frustrating. Trying to speak with the general manager has been like pulling teeth. Rather than feeling like our concerns were being heard and taken seriously, we were met with an attitude that made an already terrible situation even more frustrating. From what we understand, even corporate has attempted to reach out to the general manager and has not received a response, which is incredibly concerning. We travel all the time and have stayed in countless hotels, and I can honestly say we have never had an experience like this, especially when it comes to the condition of a room and the way a customer’s concerns are handled. This was not a minor inconvenience or a matter of simply being picky. The condition and smell of the room made it genuinely uncomfortable to stay there. It is disappointing because I really don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re paying for. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other places where you should be able to expect a clean, comfortable room and basic courtesy when you bring a legitimate concern to management. Very disappointing experience

  I did laundry today. Awesome guest laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Brought my own soap and dryer sheets, bit they have it downstairs for purchase. Machines take credit cards only. Machines did a great job. Thank you.

  This motel had a great breakfast. Coffee was excellent. We will return here.

  The pillows and bed were the most comfortable of our week long vacation. The breakfast was well stocked and managed! There was no cold water available in the Lobby. I was referred to a water fountain on the Lobby level. The water was warm. I found a water dispenser in the Fitness Room. Sadly it was empty. I approached the front desk staff twice during my stay requesting a new bottle of water be added to the dispenser. In the two night stay, it was not replaced. The rooms were cool but the hallways were warm. It’s close to the highway.
