  Accidentally booked a room with a shower when my wife wanted a bathtub and they were super accommodating and made the switch with no issues

  Went to get some breakfast 40 minutes before the end time and......there was nothing left. Having 2 small hungry kids with me only added to the dissapoitment. Please do not advertise yourself as having free breakfast if you dont have enough for all the guests. A very pleasant experience was totally ruined by this.

  Great location to bad exhaust fan in bathrooms don’t pull out moisture. And you dealing with mildew. Plus the sink was busted. Hallways smelled like weed. And that’s not from vapes. I though these were no smoking hotels. Window doesn’t close properly

  We always go here whenever we wanted to visit Lake Compounce, just 2 miles away from the park. So many places nearby to eat as well. They serve a beautiful spread for breakfast, and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. We love it there.

  DO…NOT….STAY…HERE 1-Star Review because i can’t give a zero — Extremely Disappointing Stay I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews, especially for a company I’ve stayed with before, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel other travelers should know what they’re walking into. The rooms are very rundown and in serious need of attention, but the biggest issue was the smell. There was a horrible stench in our room that smelled like a mixture of urine and mildew. It was noticeable immediately, and honestly, if we weren’t there as part of a group, we would have left the moment we walked into the room. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Unfortunately, our experience with management was extremely frustrating. Trying to speak with the general manager has been like pulling teeth. Rather than feeling like our concerns were being heard and taken seriously, we were met with an attitude that made an already terrible situation even more frustrating. From what we understand, even corporate has attempted to reach out to the general manager and has not received a response, which is incredibly concerning. We travel all the time and have stayed in countless hotels, and I can honestly say we have never had an experience like this, especially when it comes to the condition of a room and the way a customer’s concerns are handled. This was not a minor inconvenience or a matter of simply being picky. The condition and smell of the room made it genuinely uncomfortable to stay there. It is disappointing because I really don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but people deserve to know what they’re paying for. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other places where you should be able to expect a clean, comfortable room and basic courtesy when you bring a legitimate concern to management. Very disappointing experience
