  The staff here were not good to deal with they told everyone they had to park at Home Depot and blocked off the back parking lot. Waking up truck drivers late night to move trucks away they did not care about waking you up or the dot violations very rude

  I have always preferred IHG hotels for several reasons, including the comfort, customer service, and the extra benefits they offer. However, this time, despite being a Gold member, I certainly did not feel treated like one. First, I was charged an excessively high rate for an extra night. I already had an existing reservation, yet I was charged as if it were a completely separate booking: $190 plus taxes for one night, even though just one hour earlier the rate had been $171, taxes included. I decided to keep the reservation because I was exhausted from traveling and did not want to continue arguing. Second, the hotel did not include breakfast. On top of that, I shared a table with four other guests who had all received a voucher for a complimentary breakfast on their first morning. I was the only one who did not receive one. When I asked at the front desk about the breakfast voucher, they told me they had no idea what I was talking about. So, what exactly do you mean when you talk about loyalty? If the goal is simply to maximize revenue rather than provide meaningful benefits to guests who consistently choose your brand, then what is the value of being a loyal member? There were plenty of other hotels nearby at similar prices that I could have chosen instead. I will also be posting this review on Google because, honestly, the overall experience left me feeling poorly treated and undervalued as a loyal customer.

  Place is clean but the restaurant/bar didn't open at 5pm like it was suppose to so had to leave and get dinner but the worst part was I needed to check out early and they charge a $100 early check out fee and this wasn't like I was getting up and them telling them this was a full 24hrs beforehand. My suggestion is find somewhere else.

  When small hotels renovate, they put a new floor over the old floor. They don’t always cut the door so the bathroom door would not open in our first room. It kept getting stuck on the new floor. The bathtub was a plastic overlay put over the old tub so the footing was very unstable. They did not clean our room two days in a row even though the manager promised that they would. They rented half of the parking lot to a bus company to park their buses there so we had no parking spot. Twice our key card was canceled so we had to go to the room and see that the key card did not work and go down and get it re-keyed. When checking out we could not get a receipt. The toilet is so small. It’s like sitting on a bucket you would use to wash your car. A Home Depot bucket would be higher. They never emptied the garbage pails. On a positive note, the beds were very nice.

  Hotel seems decently clean but is showing signs of neglect in a lot of areas. Stayed here a lot for work and woke up with headaches every morning and talking with Co workers I wasn't the only one. We suspect that the air is bad in the rooms from the dirty wet ac units and unchanged filters. Parking gets a little tricky because lots of truck drivers and construction crews use this hotel.
