  House Keeping did not check with us daily to make up the room. One day I asked for service, housekeeping said it was on her "list of rooms " to turn up and they never even entered the room even though I was gone all day. 1st morning the restaurant had to call the chef in as he failed to show up to prepare the continental breakfast, he finally showed up to start an hour later.

  There’s a reason why this hotel was only one in vicinity that had rooms on a Saturday night over Labor Day weekend. Paid $480 for a dump of run down room! Stay away!

  Do not ever stay here. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and they smelled. We were so embarrassed that we had reserved the rooms for our out of town guests. Also, they charged us $250 even though we had prepaid in full. And we have had to contact the hotel more than 7 times and magically there is NEVER a manager there that can refund our money. We have continuously been told a manager will call us within 24 hours and it’s been almost a month with no resolution. And most of the time you call the no one even answers the phone, so have had to call multiple times just to get through. Then I spoke with guest relations for IHG and they said there is nothing they can do to refund me because the people will not answer the front desk. They said they have no way to help me, which is INSANE to me. So they said there is nothing I can do to get my money back. DO NOT trust them with your money, DO NOT stay here.

  I just checked out today, the rooms are a little outdated. Very affordable, so I can’t really complain. The person who checked me in was wonderful, but honestly the customer service here wasn’t the best. Whoever was at the front desk today was really snotty and maybe needs to pick a different career path. Not a people person whatsoever. I believe her name started with a J. Not too sure but honestly not the most welcoming face you want to see at a hotel. The pool is decently sized, my stay went smoothly other than the rude lady.

  This hotel had the nastiest bathtub out of any IHG hotel l’ve ever stayed in. The shower curtain was moldy, and the tub looked like a sink in a mechanic’s shop. I let the front desk know about the problem. My family and I left for the day. When we returned, the moldy shower curtain was still there. They did offer to move us to another room. Very disappointed in this hotel.
