  This is no way a three star hotel. It's a One Star and not worth the price. I travel frequently and use IHG often. This one was the worst I've ever stayed at. The elevators, hallways and my room smelled like something between wet dog and mold. The room was dark and dingy. Everything is outdated except the TV. Bathroom had ants, mold on shower curtain. Hotel needs total make over.

  We stayed on 7/11/26 with a baseball team full of wild and loud 11yr olds. The staff was extremely understanding, accomodating and all around friendly... especially when a dozen families show up at the same time to check in early! I'd like to specifically hightlight the manager and front desk ladies working the day/night of our stay. I don't have names but they took great care of all guests and we appreciate it.

  I had the most awful experience with the evening restaurant staff. This is supposed to be a place of hospitality but they were far from that! They need more training! My group was allowed to have a late night partt on July 11th. Instead of telling us that we had to vacate at 12am they shut the lights off on us!! I was in the middle of eating thr very rude young lady attempted to remove my plate. I told her i was still eating, she responded saying it close!! I asked could I take the plate to my room and rudely/shouted no, while walking away. They could have given us a 20 minute heads up! There was tons of food left and they didn't want to give us an opportunity to pack up! Further, to retaliate against us we were told we were being denied complimentary breakfast. The reason given is because someone asked if they had anything so we could pack our catered food. When our group host communicated our dissatisfaction, they would give us breakfast but in a segregated area! Disrespectful to make such a a suggestion! Probably planned to spit in our food!! It appears this place mostly have Caucasian guest and we as Black people we're not their everyday clients! Warning Black people stay away! 3rd the hotel rooms were molded and smelled terrible. My room had a leaking faucet.

  Over all the staff was super dope .. however messages wasn't being delivered properly asked for clean towels for over 3 hours never received had to take it off the cart myself..( when i asked house keeping she said they never even told her ) .. no biggie, breakfast trash , 1 ice machine broke , waffle maker broke , toaster half worked , beds trash , pool out of order for hours (so they say) , nothing like other hotels i stayed in, I did enjoy Walmart being so close to it ..

  I do NOT understand how this place is so highly rated. This property is completely unmaintained. The first room we were in had an active water leak, there was water all over the bathroom floor, the wall, and the wall paper was coming off the wall from the damage. We let the front desk know and they moved us rooms. The second room had an AC that was so loud it was hard to sleep. There was also a crack in the toilet tank, a crack by the shower rod and a crack on the wall of the shower. The room was also so humid and musty that all our clothes were damp in our suitcases when we left. It wouldn’t be so bad if it weren’t also the most expensive of all the hotels we’ve stayed at on a cross country roadtrip from Texas to Boston. There were also hairs in the bathrooms of both rooms we were in. Just don’t do it, there’s a Hampton Inn across the street that looks like it much more well maintained.
