- JBJohn BenthamMay 8, 20261.0I wish I could agree with some of the other reviewers, but our experience, while not terrible, was very poor. Here's why: 1) No verbal reminder that Housekeeping needed to be reserved 24 hours in advance. The only notice we had was a small sign at the Front Desk. 2) The Front Desk knew we were a party of four staying for four nights, but we consistently had to request additional towels, TP, and coffee. We ran out a couple times. 3) The tables in the dining area are in desperate need of fixing. Most would rock enough to make you sea sick; we had to switch tables a few times because of this. 4) I mentioned each of the above to the Front Desk staff, but on one particular occasion, the gentleman literally cut me off saying he knew what I wanted. Sorry for being specific! 5) Lastly, our electronic keys were deactivated two hours before check out time, which required yet another trip to the Front Desk to get it resolved. Thankfully, the lady helped us get back into our rooms quickly. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and very spacious, which definitely made for an easier stay with four people!

It is one of the few times my hotel key worked EVERY TIME! That may not seem like much, but after driving all day, getting to a room on the second floor and not having the key work -- the dependability of the key here, was sooo wonderful! The breakfast was very good; not out of the ordinary, but well presented, varied and tasteful. All rooms that I was in were immaculate. Highly recommend.

The lobby was spacious and neat with neutral colors. The hotel room was so neat. The breakfast was decent. My friends were happy with our selection of this hotel. Our weekend trip was delightful with a good night's sleep. Thank you so much!
