  I arrived late night and was Greeted by Justin ( overnight Front Desk). He was very professional, courteous and helpful. Got me checked in and ready to go rapidly and was very welcoming. Overall the room was great and was a perfect location. Will return soon. Great job staff.

  At first I thought this hotel was nice and clean… Your cleaning crew very professional and friendly… The pool looks like dirty yellow water and doesn’t even smell like chlorine… The card keys to my room were deactivated and I had to go down two times to get replacements! I called down to front desk and there was no answer. I had to go down to front desk and still when I arrived there was no one there. The (white older gentlemen) he was walking around in dining area. He replaced my keys. Later that day I needed utensils for my kids to eat take out we bought. I called front desk and again no answer. I had to go down to desk again. This time there was an (Indian guy) young kid sitting in the dining area with a female must have been his girlfriend because when we had went down to pool the were arguing. I asked him if he worked front desk he said yes.. I said I been calling down here since last night about a.c. Not working properly.. How do you do your job if you’re not at front desk answering the phones that are ringing?? I asked for general managers phone number and when I called it was him that answered. I will be following up with management cause why do they have someone so rude and clearly not doing his job employed there??? I do not recommend this hotel….

  My husband and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years. Mainly because it is convenient to our family and the staff are just fabulous, especially Mr. Kal. The room is kept clean, the bed and pillows are better than I have at home. The only complaint I had during our last stay was the noise level outside our window. Refrigerator trucks, that ran off and on all night, were parked near the hotel rooms for three nights. When I brought this to the attention of front desk staff and the manager, Naury Valenzuela, they did everything in their power to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, IHG does not require vehicles to register, so they could not track down who owned the vehicles. We appreciated the effort and only lost 3 nights sleep out of our 20 night stay. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the lack of food choices. However, we do not stay here just for the food! But be aware. We look forward to our next visit to the area!
