- DWDorothy WebbOct 6, 20263.0The room is just what you expect. Clean and comfortable. The amenities are not. To get breakfast you have to pay $18 per person. The breakfast is located in an onsite fancy restaurant but it is just a buffet. Not even the full buffet. No waffles or pancakes. You have to pay extra for juice and leave a gratuity as it is not included in the $18. Putting it in a nice location doesn't make it worth more money. I will not be come back.

I am an elite IHG member and have generally been very pleased with my stays across the brand. Unfortunately, this property was a serious exception. To be direct: this hotel should not be operating in its current condition. It is a shabby, poorly maintained, and genuinely depressing example of a failing hospitality operation. The only positive part of my stay was the young woman who checked us in — she was professional and kind. Everything else fell far below acceptable standards. My strong advice is to avoid this property and stay elsewhere, even if it requires extra driving. To make matters worse, I redeemed 32,000 IHG points for this stay, which was a complete waste. If anyone from IHG reviews these comments, I hope they will consider refunding those points in fairness. I ran a small company for many years, and we worked tirelessly to build and protect our brand. IHG should reflect on how this property affects their own brand, which is generally very good. After this experience, however, they are down a notch with me.
