  This best Western was wonderful for our 2 night stay in Mystic. Personal at the desk and housekeeping were all polite and helpful,The room was comfortable and very clean.the hallways and public spaces were also kept emaculate. Breakfast had plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again when we are in the area!

  Staying at the best Western in mystic Connecticut was one of our worst weekend. We went into our room and discovered the TV was not working, the front desk guy came up to try to get it working while working on the TV my gf was sitting eating some grapes and the bottom of the window fell out of the frame and just missed hitting her arm. The front desk guy could not believe what happened either could us. He moved us to another room and it had an agoining room the door had about 3/4 of an inch space on the bottom. Our neighbors had three little kids and it felt like we were sharing a room. When the window fell out the front desk guy said he was going to talk to management about doing something for us. Nothing was done for us and I'm just glad the window didn't hit my girlfriend because it was pretty heavy. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you have kids.

  Right in the middle of everything, and the wife really loved the hardwood floors instead of typical hotel carpet...

  Best Western in Mystic has entered its main character era — and honestly, same. We’re in Mystic three times a year, and after this stay, I’m done playing hotel roulette. I want clean, I want comfortable, and I want zero surprises — and this place delivered like it understood the assignment. The room? Clean enough to pass the white‑glove test. Breakfast? Honestly impressive for a “grab‑and‑go‑but-make-it-cute” situation. Coffee? Shockingly good. Like… “I didn’t have to run to Starbucks” good. Price? Fair. And I’ll happily pay a little extra for the privilege of not wondering what’s living in the carpet. But let’s talk about the staff, because they’re the real MVPs. Stephan (forgive me if I’m butchering the spelling) came to fix our TV and showed up like a hospitality superhero. Gracious, kind, attentive — the kind of service that makes you go, “Oh wow, y’all actually care.” This hotel is now officially in our permanent Mystic rotation. No notes. Just vibes. Clean ones.

  Great central location for all of the Mystic attractions like the Aquarium, Old Mystic Village, Seaport Museum and downtown. The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff was really accommodating. When we sure, a full breakfast was included. We stayed here after our first hotel that we booked turned out to be somewhat dirty. We would stay here again.
