    Ok, location is great. But, the room is dated especially the carpet felt damp. Perhaps that's why the AC was running at 60F when we got in. Running it as a dehumidifier???? We booked a room for five and got two towels. TWO?!?! What?!?! Hello?!? A room this size should at least come with four towels. The sleeping arrangement was one king and one sofa which we dealt with fine since we have young kids. The coffee reminded me of the Gold Cup office coffee from the 90's. Sorry, no love there. The hairdryer needs to be replaced as the holder lost the clips and the dryer had previously fallen as it's missing a chunk of it's casing.

    I just stayed for 6 days at this hotel, it is in a very convenient location with lots of places to eat nearby, and easy access to the interstate. While this hotel has older styling, its very clean and the staff were very professional and helpful. The breakfast here was great, was slightly different each day, the breakfast area was very clean and the pancake machine was awesome. The room was also clean, the towels were in good condition and there was plenty of hot water. You did have to run it for about a minute in the middle of the day, but first thing in the morning and at night, there were no issues. The showers are walk in, and you have to make sure the inside liner is inside the shower, so if you end up with water on the floor, its user error. Jimmy's A Pizza and Pops Family Restaurant are great places to dine in the area. Only issue we had was there were a limited number (3) of Diamond Elite parking spots and there seemed to be vehicles permanently parked in them from about 2pm on. Not a big deal.

    I am completely disappointed. I am a member of this hotel, and when you make a reservation you expect a fully equipped room without any problems. That was not my experience the last time I was there with my family; the room had more than one issue. That is not the service a guest expects when making a reservation at this hotel.
