- MMMATEO4 days ago1.0I am completely disappointed. I am a member of this hotel, and when you make a reservation you expect a fully equipped room without any problems. That was not my experience the last time I was there with my family; the room had more than one issue. That is not the service a guest expects when making a reservation at this hotel.
- JSJanet SuarezJun 13, 20263.0The furnishings in the hotel are old and worn. Bathroom could be cleaner. Beds were uncomfortable. AC and water pressure were weak. Breakfast was varied and good. Plenty of parking for our Uhaul truck.

Older buildings that need some 2000s style renovation. But there is more room for immediate improvements. Such as newer towels , sheets, etc. see my pics. Ripped towels Damaged old iron board Older sheets,and blankets Small sink. Maximum used old soap dispenser in shower. Breakfast was ok. Mostly frozen reheated beside potatoes egg and pancake Not expecting this from IHG group I wish people from headquarters performed a surprise visit for evaluation
