    Staff were friendly at check-in and check-out, but I did not interact with them otherwise. Bathroom was dirty upon entering my room; the shower still had someone else's hair in it. Rooms lack any sort of soundproofing, and I was woken up at least 3 times each night as a result.

    Me & my husband was due to come to this hotel on 5/23 because we were going to visit a friend. My friend call on Sat 5/22 to say she was sick and we could not come. I proceed to call the hotel and cancel my reservation and because it was not a full 2 days they had to charge me the full price. I tried to explain what happened but it was a no go it was either come to the hotel or nothing. There was no offer for getting some of my money back or anything. I had asked to speak to a manager the woman took my name and said someone would call me back but never did. This hotel was going to be a ferry ride away and then 50 miles after that. So my review is to warn people that you have to be 100 percent sure you are going to make it or if something happens out of your control do not go to this hotel because even if you are not there you still have to pay for it!!!!
