  My stay at the Best Western in Hartford was a total disgrace. The telephone in the room was dead, there were no blinds or curtains, the air conditioning didn't cool properly, and the internet and TV service were terrible. I was locked out of my room and had to get help from the front desk, and the shower pressure was so strong it stung my skin without any way to adjust it. Finally, the breakfast was terribly disappointing, with poorly maintained food trays and messy selections. I strongly advise against staying here; it was an entirely unacceptable experience.

  I had a great experience staying at Best Western Hartford Hotel & Suites. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and the free parking was definitely a plus. One thing to note is that the hotel charges a $100 security deposit at check-in, which is refundable after checkout, provided there are no issues with the room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay in the Hartford area.

  My original room door lock was out of battery so I was given a new room looked great, but the place smells very damp and musty then on the second night I noticed bugs on the pillow so I had to leave immediately and notified hotel management.

  After believing I had a single king room, I accidentally got a double queen room. Brian not only figured out to get me a change in rooms, but also shared a great pizza dinner experience at Joey Garlic’s Newington. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

  Be mindful of parking and staying at his hotel, our vehicle was broken into and our personal things were stolen out of the truck , the workers acted as if me and my husband were the robbers .. the lady at the front desk lied and said the cameras didn’t work and they had no video of the robbery , it took police 6 hrs to come to the hotel to get our statements, and when a new employee came to work they mysteriously FOUND the video of our vehicle being broken into … but we knew it was video when she spoke to us in English and spoke Spanish to her cowriters about the incident and they had conversations about what was being watched on the monitor … we are appreciative of the worker who found the video and was able to give it to the police, but the shady behavior of the lady at the desk is just that , SHADY !! Please know that ur vehicle or you aren’t safe at this location …
