- CGCe Garraway2 days ago1.0Not a good experience. Hotel is very old and major renovations are needed. Elevator was broken when I checked in and front desk clerk did not mention it until after I went back to my car to get 7 suitcases for my family. I was put on the 3rd floor, so you can imagine the workout we got.

It took a while but ultimately we agreed to cancel the booking online and do it in person online which is not a problem. They tried to charge me $30 more than my original price and settled by charging me $10 more, as thats the best they could do. They would have charged me a full $30 more for their technical issue if I didn’t argue with the price increase.

Pour une famille de 4, 2 lits double, une grande chambre, des installations propres, de nombreuses places de parking, des commerces à proximité... Parfait! Le petit déjeuner n'est pas des plus variés mais la nourriture est bonne. Petit bémol malgré tout: la réservation à été très poussive: difficultés à se faire comprendre par le personnel, j'ai dû envoyer de nombreux mails (qui sont tous restés sans réponse). Finalement tout a dû être géré au téléphone. Un peu embêtant quand on appelle depuis un autre continent. En revanche, merci et bravo à la centrale pour leur réactivité. Avis global positif donc.
