Did not get any sleep because guests next to us were loud all night. Called front desk who called them but still persisted. Front desk didn’t do anything else. Asked them to have the manager call me and he never did. Paid for a full night sleep and didn’t get to sleep at all. We had a wedding the next day so it was very disappointing we were exhausted the entire time.

First off the guy at the front desk was rude and angry, on the booking site I use the hotel was supposed to be pet friendly the BW website says no pets they do however accept ESA letters, he was rude through the entire check in process, The hallway smelled got to the room whole different smell none of it good, no microwave oven in the room, there are no USB ports anywhere in the room and to finish the television reception is terrible most of the channels are fuzzy and some pattern on the screen on other channels The TV service is DirecTV, that's not what my DirecTV looks like, they just don't care, I would not recommend staying here, and after having to go down to the breakfast area to cook my dinner in the microwave there I see bugs, the health inspector should come here, microtel inn and suites by Wyndham up the road, much better!!

Long Post: Worth the Read
I checked in the evening of March 24th, 2026 and received a room on the 2nd floor. A few hours later, my business associate that was sharing the room went to take a shower. There was no hot water. He called the front desk, and was instructed to go downstairs to grab a key for another room. Mind you, we had already been there 2-3 hours at least. He came back up & told me the guy at the front desk said he thought they had fixed the hot water. He told me if I wanted privacy and didn’t mind him having some, to just stay in that room and he would switch rooms. I acquiesced to that. After driving over 600 miles for the day and relaxing for several hours already, I didn’t want to pick up and move to another room on another floor. I went to bed an hour or two later. At about 2:30am, I woke up to the sound of the door being opened. I turned over and saw a lady with luggage. I alerted her to my presence, which obviously surprised her. Confused, she asked if she was in room ___. (Somewhere on the second floor) I indicated that she had the right room. She apologized profusely, said she was embarrassed, and wondered why they would assign her to an occupied room. I explained how my colleague had switched rooms due to lack of hot water. She left. That morning on our way to breakfast, I turned the room key in at the front desk. I actually needed to get back into the room first for two seconds to grab food that I left in the fridge. But of course, the key no longer worked; I tried it before going downstairs. The hotel employee immediately realized the room number on my room key sleeve. So he questioned me. I explained to him what happened. Exasperated and with an attitude, he said he had to call his manager because I was supposed to switch rooms. And since I didn’t, he wanted to know whether or not we needed to be charged for the extra room in that situation. Let me say this so some rich jerk cannot sue me. I CANNOT PROVE THE FOLLOWING, IT IS MY OPINION: They resold that room, knowing full well it didn’t have hot water. He was upset that we caught them sell the room to someone else. On top of that, they were lazy in their approach doing so. Whether you believe I was wrong for not switching or not, consider this. Nobody came up to that room before that woman at about 2:30am. Not maintenance to check on and fix the hot water. Not maintenance to do something about the smoke detector that was hanging down off of its base and down the wall by a single wire. And not housekeeping to check the room and make up our beds. (I’ll let you decide if they would’ve made them up with clean linen, or just remade them with the sheets we used) My colleague made a polite request to the front desk employee before we left to have his manager call him when he came in later that morning. Shocker, he never received a call. He called to speak to him and follow up anyway, to ensure we were not charged twice. He claimed it was a “mix-up” that the room was resold. You decide for yourself. They will not have me as a guest anymore.
