  This is a really nice place and it was tough to decide between a 3 and 4 star. The rooms were nice and well appointed. I think the reason for the 3 was the soaps in the shower were not topped off and you could hear other rooms nearby pretty good…very thin walls (and above hearing people moving chairs and such. I’d still stay here again. 3.5 stars :)

  The hotel was nice and in a good location and the receptionist was nice, however the room we were originally put in, the door would not latch after we got in initially. We had to cancel our evening plans to sit around with our stuff at the hotel while the receptionist tried to figure out the door. Im not sure why maintenance wasnt called or why we werent immediately moved to a different room for our two night stay, and it was almost 2 hours later before they gave us an update and moved us. While the 2nd room was nice and bigger they let us know that they could only let us stay in that room for one night , so we had to reschedule our tickets to two locations to a later date since we had no idea if we'd be able to have a room for the 2nd night. I had hoped to enjoy our stay, since this was a splurge for us, but I couldn't because for the first 2 -3 hours we were there, I was sitting in my room stressed because our plans got all messed up. We checked out in the morning because it just completely soured our anniversary trip and just completely ruinedour itinerary. We requested a refund for the 2nd night and they still charged us for both nights even though they were the ones that couldn't figure a better solution

  We have stayed at this hotel before, just an overnight get away and had a wonderful stay. The food was great at the restaurant.The staff was pleasant and helpful. However, now that I'm looking for venues for my wedding.This hotel was one of the first places I thought of. They advertise a micro wedding on their website , which was perfect for what we were looking for. Over the course of three weeks , I requested information online twice called their wedding and events , coordinator aaron three times never to receive a phone call back or any information. We realize the hotel industry can be busy.So we came in person hoping to talk to Aaron or another manager, and nobody could be bothered to leave their offices to come talk to us.We were also told (through the young man at the front desk who was able to get Aaron on the phone) that the package we were wanting or requesting was something they would have to work on building. Firstly why is a package that isnt created yet being advertised on the website and secondly why wasnt that just communicated earlier. Further after my in person visit, I called once more to speak to a manager and left a voice mail for Kendra and yet again never recieved a call back. The folks at the front desk are wonderful people. But the management is lacking in many, many ways. I would recommend if you are planning to hold a wedding or other large event here to look elsewhere.

  Staff is quite lovely. Rooms are new and clean. But, there are weird and irrational quirks to the design of the rooms - light fixtures next to entrance door are inconvenient and control almost all the lights. The fan and fan light controls did not work. The air conditioner is so incredibly loud. However, the rooms are spacious and clean, which is what really matters. Feel bad for the staff that the room designers flubbed these few things. Overall, may stay again and huge thanks to the team that cares for us.

  Things to consider when staying here: Parking - the closest hotel parking lot in the back was very small, maybe 20 cars worth of parking spots. Unless you get there early or when people are out to eat and exploring you will likely have to park in the back lot. The signs warning you about theft and to hide your belongings or take them with you leave with less then stellar sense of security for that lot. EV Charging - there are 2 dedicated EV charging spots and chargers. If you don't natively have J1772 you will need to bring an adapter. Check-In - there is no covered check-in area, you can either get lucky and park curbside in their 15 minute limit area right out front, or park first in the back and go check in. Shower - the water pressure/showerhead in our room was very high. Something to keep in mind if you have sensitive skin. Bed - the bed was a bit on the firmer side. This is great for some and not great for others. Room Cleanliness - the room overall was very clean. I am a germaphobe and wipe down all high touch surfaces and areas and nothing ever came away dirty during my cleaning and wiping. However, there were a couple of what appeared to be blood stains/spots on the duvet. Please note that these were miniscule spots and I am again a germaphobe and clean freak so it's likely these spots weren't noticed by the cleaning staff. Food - there is no "buffet breakfast" or "breakfast included" with this hotel. There is a restaurant "on-site" that they partner with. We did not order room-service but some reviews and an AI search made it sound like you can order room service from the restaurant. We did order DoorDash for dinner once and they did come up to our room and leave it at our door. Something to keep in mind in terms of security, but also for convenience and food delivery. Now for our personal experience, it was great and we would stay here again despite the mattresses being a bit on the firm side for us and the shower head/water pressure being a bit too harsh. It was a clean hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We would come back again.
