This hotel is absolutely charming! The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. My little Maltese felt like a true Beverly Hills Chihuahua! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.

Hotel was great. Very clean and located near restaurants & a theater. Room smelled very clean when I walked in. Front desk was very friendly.

Room was disgusting. Clearly rushed housekeepers. Snot on wall next both bunk beds, hair in shower, sticky floors, used water bottles "resealed" to sell. Seriously gross. Staff offered $50 restaurant credit... 4 day stay in 2 room Suite and nothing about it was sweet. Two nights comped would have been more appropriate.

I called ahead to let the front desk know I would arrive after 1:00 a.m., needed a late checkout, and needed help moving luggage to a different room for three additional nights. No one I spoke with passed any of that along—not when I called in advance, and not when I checked in late at night. At 11:00 a.m. sharp the front desk knocked on the door and called to ask what my plans were. When I said I was extremely frustrated and asked why previous shifts had not been told about my requests, they acted incredulous and wanted to know what they were supposed to do about housekeeping and whether staff could come clean a barely used room at 11:01 a.m. I have traveled a great deal for work and have never had an experience this negative, driven by such feckless incompetence. I cannot imagine spending what was spent on this building and these furnishings, then staffing it with people this lazy and this unable to communicate a simple set of needs from one shift to the next. From The late shift loudly watching a movie on his tablet while checking me in to the bottles of purified water provided in the rooms not being sealed nor replaced between visits the staff at this hotel doesn't care at all about anything including your family being poisoned by water they were too lazy to change in accordance with their job duties.
