  We used the origin hotel for a wedding block, and they were absolutely amazing! This hotel offers an elegant feel to it, while still remaining affordable. Their location is wonderful and within a short distance of several attractions and wedding venues. We would highly recommend this hotel!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Origin Hotel Westminster. Before booking, I contacted the hotel to confirm that the room would meet accessibility needs, including a roll-in shower. After arrival, the room provided did not match what was needed, and the bathroom setup was not usable with mobility equipment. I was later moved to another room with better shower access, but that room was not comparable to the room type originally reserved and did not provide the same layout, privacy, or space. There were also cleanliness concerns in the replacement room, including dirty walls, flooring issues, and no timely housekeeping or bedding change during the stay. The overall room condition did not meet expectations for the price paid. I also had concerns about guest safety and access. A duplicate room key was reportedly issued without proper confirmation from the registered guest, which raised serious privacy and security concerns. The parking-side entrance also did not appear to have an accessible automatic door opener, making entry difficult for guests with mobility limitations who park in the back. Another major concern was the lack of transparency at check-in. A $50 per day room deposit was charged, but this was not clearly explained during the reservation process. Breakfast was also not complimentary. Food is available through the connected restaurant, but it is expensive and charged separately. Management did adjust the room rate, which I appreciated, but the overall experience was stressful and disappointing. This property needs to improve its accessible-room verification process, staff communication, room cleanliness, lost-and-found procedures, key security practices, and transparency about deposits and food costs. I would not recommend this hotel to guests who need reliable accessibility accommodations unless these issues are corrected.

  Very pretty hotel for solo or couples travelers not for families with kids. No breakfast included and the restaurant is very expensive. We went there for a stay to play hockey tournament and it was not ideal for families. The rooms are as beautiful as they are not practical - no closet, no dresser, flat sink that doesn't drain so your toothpaste spit stays there. (Why can't they think about these things instead of just thinking of the way it looks!?) The front desk staff never said hello unless you said it first. The lobby is small and not inviting for people to hang out. If I was traveling for work or just with my my husband it would be ok but with my family I wouldn't go back. The location is nice.

  The first room we went into was clean but the door didnt shut. The latch missed the strike plate altogether. The front desk promptly moved us, however the new room was very dirty and covered in dog hair and dust. My socks were full just from walking across the room. There was trash under the table and bed. You could see where they only swept & mopped around the furniture line. Didn't bother to get under the edges of the beds and tables. Or wipe the shelves. The location was beautiful and a great area to walk in the evening, but overall couldve done alot better for the price that we paid!

  I received many calls 2 weeks before my stay and then the week before my stay. Next was the telemarketing time share call that was not appreciated. We checked in around 4:30 not only was our room wrong but also not clean at all nor ready. I had been traveling with my pup in training for a service animal and was told that the pet items would be all set. Nothing was ready, nor even shared it would be awhile. I went and asked if I should go get it from my truck of the items that were to be there. They would bring them up. When they did it was nothing like I was shared it would be. I went and got all our things - way better. No soap!!! Shower had no soap,main bathroom. Was out as well. Easier to go buy it then ask someone for help in this place. If you smile or say hello 👋 you are sure ignored. Manners top level rude!!! Zero tissue in the 2nd bathroom and the way it is dirty wise- gross! Past guest bath scrubby next to tube, a weird tooth holder next to night stand. The floor was just beyond words of dirty. I don't ask for much but dirty and rude isnt ok ever!!! Don't waste your time or money. Much better places in same area. For almost $700 for 2 nights my truck in a camping area would have been 💯% nicer in every way.
