  Although we were unable to stay at this location due to weather I have to write a review on the incredible service the front desk person provided. Our party was unable to keep our reservations on July 22nd due to some horrible weather we were riding in. I had originally called to cancel reservations - I was transferred to the “call center”. The person I spoke to didn’t care that we would be risking our lives by riding 4 more hours in terrible weather. I was basically told “tough” can’t cancel your reservations and there would be a fee on top of the room costs. Not thrilled with this and had a terrible opinion of Holiday Inn Express. Later that evening I called to get the cost of everything and talked directly to the front desk person (I wish I could recall her name), she was very apologetic for the “call center” response and she told me that our lives were way more important than having to pay for an extra room that we were unable to make! She was incredible. I feel that the Sterling Colorado has a real gem. Thank you so much!!!

  They were very csti g and accommodating for our late arrive, the room was excellent, and the staff was wonderful

  Cassandra was so welcoming and kind. When I rolled in during a thunderstorm; she greeted me with a smile and got me checked in in no time. She elevated my stay. After a long day of driving her grace and care was a much needed. Thank you Cassandra 😊.

  The best hotel in sterling hands down. I have stayed in them all now. Excellent rooms, most Excellent full breakfast. Spacious swimming pool ideal for my aqua aerobic workout with a stellar excercise room. Very quite near the highway and resturants 5 mins away on main street. Excellent staff. See you all again soon.

  This is the best hotel I've stayed at this year. I don't usually sleep very well in a bed other then my own,but slept very well. Breakfast was one of the best we've had.Pool and hot tub was closed for cleaning when went, to use it. Went back later it was cold. We were told it was heated.
