  I’m so glad I chose to stay at the Villas instead of somewhere in downtown Aspen! I stayed in the Villa #1206, and the room was spacious, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. Having a kitchen was an added convenience, and the overall setting was superb. Located only about 7 miles from downtown Aspen, the Villas offer better value while giving you more opportunities to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and spot wildlife, including horses, elk, and even bears! It’s truly the best of both worlds, with no regrets at all. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

  JUST A TERRIBLE STAY IN A LOW CLASS AND VERY EXPENSIVE OLD AND VERY USED UNIT.

  Loved our rental, location, and overall amenities. Grocery store, restaurants, hiking, biking all close. Also had ebikes that could be used for 30 min free right around the area where staying.
