Awful awful awful awful in every way! I planned ahead of time and made reservatiosn for a special brunch for my mom on Mother's Day. They confirmed it on Open Table and even sent me a text the day before. On the morning of, someone calls my phone and leaves a voicemail (doesn't confirm that I got the message, doesn't text me) and when I come there with my mom the "Manager" Haley says "We decided to close!" Instead of saying, "breakfast is on us for Mother's Day since you didn't get our message" she says "We need to fix our Open Table" and basically turns us away.
I was left without a special place to take my mom on Mother's Day. I've never seen a hotel or a restaurant behave in such an unprofessional manner. Needless to say, I would never ever come here or recommend this place to a friend, even if it was the last restaurant left in Silverthorne.

This Hotel Indigo continues to embrace the general Hotel Indigo vibe! The rooms are big and cozy. Bathrooms are nicely furnished and adorned with the signature amenities. The fire pit and s'mores were an amazing addition to the stay! The location is perfect in relation to other things in Silverthorne. Next to a great Tequila bar/restaurant with great breakfast and a food hall with every type of food you could want. We didn't try the pool, but would want a hot tub after a day of hiking/skiing. All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back to enjoy cool summer days and snowy winter ones!

EDITED: Since hilariously enough, the only time Hotel Indigo will respond is if you do a public Google review!! See the responses to their responses below!
I genuinely wish I could rate this hotel a 0 star experience. We had our wedding at the Silverthorne Pavillion in January, and this felt like the perfect place! Unfortunately, 100% wrong. They accidentally charged our credit card $6500 (instead of $800), and said they needed to make sure they got their money before refunding our. This was admitted negligence on their part. Peter Matino and Katherine Goodman refused to ever get on the phone. I called multiple times every day, and both refused to ever get on the phone. The only good thing is that since everything was only communicated in email (sometimes) it was easy to show evidence to dispute the charges. They keep accidentally charging other guests multiple times, still 4 months later trying to charge them 3x. We have to dispute the charge with credit cards since they won't answer any calls. I cannot express enough how terrible of an experience this was for both my wedding and our guests who stayed in the block. Probably the worst management I have ever seen, plus the refusal to jump on the phone. Avoid them like the plague.
In response:
- They claim each "refunds were appropriate." And they only WERE since we had to call our own bank accounts and credit cards to get them to be refunded. Our own credit cards and bank institutes reached out and said that even the hotel indigo didn't respond to them. Let me once again be clear: refunds WERE issued, but only because we all had to go and dispute the claim with our own institutes. It should not take us having to go to them since nobody was answering any emails and phone calls. It still took months to refund $6500. On May 2nd, I once again had a guest reach out that they tried to charge them again 4 months later. This breaks down to terrible management, terrible communication, and if you are doing a wedding nearby, don't go through the headache of having a hotel block here. I am still reaching out to guests to check their credit cards to make sure they're not charged.
And again, if they are recommending you go to the credit card companies and THEY are finding there are inaccuracies and getting them refunded, that reflects laziness from the hotel to not go through the charges. They obviously are not correct if the CC and banks are issuing refunds from disputes.
If you have to refund that many guests in the first place, that shows lack of organization from your hotel to mistakenly charge THAT many people incorrectly for rooms. This literally could have all been solved by a simple phone call - I am not a Karen and would have been more than happy to solve all the things in a 15 minute call, but they unfortunately forced us to go this route. We will never stay at another Hotel Indigo again!

One of the worst hotel service experiences two experienced travelers have had.
Upon arrival we were informed the pool is not heated (which now appears to be a complaint many guests have had). Front desk tells us we can go to the local recreation center for free and explicitly told not to take the hotel towels to the rec center.
When we visit the rec center, they reported we would have to reimbursed by the hotel. We rent a towels and a locker. When we go back to the front desk at the hotel they try to not reimburse us for anything but entry even though we were told we had to rent towels and a locker was necessary for our belongings. Later we found on an itemized receipt the hotel tried to charge us for the rec center lock rental.
Next, my room key stopped working in the middle of our stay. A Saturday afternoon at this hotel and there is no one at the front desk, just three people in an office cracking each other up. I had to go and ask for assistance from what I assume is a manager. My husband had a similar experience in the day. However, this time the gentleman “helping” he reports “their system doesn’t seem to be working” and offers to walk me to my room, leaving us without a working key. A little later my husband went down and was able to get a new key.
We attempted to call down to the desk and the phone in the room was not functioning, which seems like a big safety concern.
Sunday check out time comes, lots of guests in the lobby and no one at the front desk. We again had to find someone in an office to settle the bill.
Overall, nice room, free parking, abysmal service for over $200/night and would recommend asking for itemized receipt.
