  Pet fee $50+ taxes No breakfast included but there’s a restaurant connected to the hotel in the first floor The rooms are super nice and spacious Great service Nespresso machine in each of the room, it might need some cleaning/ maintenance- at least the one we stayed in Overall super satisfied with this hotel Free marshmallow at the fire place at night

  We had a great 4-night stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was clean, the hot chocolate and coffee were consumed frequently, and Laina at the front desk was perhaps the warmest front desk worker we have ever interacted with. It truly felt like she was glad we were there and was helpful. Started the stay off with the best foot forward. Thanks to you all!

  I stayed there two weeks ago. Everything was fine. My company sent in everything. A virtual card. Everything was fine. I checked in. I stayed this week, October 5th. I tried to check-in at 9:30 in the evening. The front desk guy was rude, not helpful. Had no personality. On my end, I could see it was paid. But with my business, I can only see the last 4 numbers of the virtual card. If I called to speak to someone today, 10-6-2026 about my experience last night. The front desk lady was rude, talked over me. She wanted to give me an email for the manager. I wanted to talk to a manager and she hung up on me. The rooms are great. The service is terrible. I had to find a hotel at 10 o'clock at night and wake up my boss to have him make the reservation throughout my work. I had a confirmation that said it was paid for at a $147 through a site And this is how they're treating people by charging them more money and their service stinks I will never go back there again. Buyer beware

  Everything was good until the extra charge happened after check-out. When I booked through Hotels.com, I paid the whole room fee in advance including tax. When I checked out, the reception just let me drop the keys and lazy to speak with me, although it looked like she had nothing to do. I didn't mind and thought everything was ok. But 2 days later, I was informed 30.14 U$ charged into my account. I asked the asistant from Hotels.com. The reply is perhaps it was for some kind of taxes. I wondered, why Indigo can't inform me during my stay? and I'm sure, this charge is unjustified

  Me and a friend stayed there for a show 9/11, check in is at 3. We tried to check in at 3 and it wasn't ready due to a high volume of guests the night before. Finally we checked in at 3:45. Neither of the bathrooms were clean, mirrors were dirty, the glass shower door was filthy and there was men's piss on the floor. The whole place should have been spotless due to it taking an extra 45 mins. I am a housekeeper myself and this is unacceptable. The floors in the hallways need vacuumed and the elevator mopped. There was a homeless man sleeping in the stairway from the parking garage with puke on the floor. Do not stay here if u can help it, we paid $288 and the place was disgusting 😒
