  Short staffed, check-in and check-out. Room very comfortable. No food service, no continental breakfast

  This hotel is not up to holiday inn standards, they have no restaurant as stated on website, no breakfast, the rooms are poorly lit, so is the rest of the hotel. The desk chair was covered in burn marks, the mattress was an old spring type. Tiles on bathroom floor were loose, furnishings were old and poorly restored. I gave it a one because a 0 wasn't an option.

  We arrived around 11:30 PM on 3/30, and Zakk went out of his way to take incredible care of us. He was especially kind to our 14-year-old son, which we really appreciated—especially since our son was pretty disappointed to find out the pool was closed the entire time during the week of our stay. His hospitality and kindness truly stood out—he is easily the nicest staff member we’ve encountered at a hotel in a very long time. He deserves to be recognized for his excellence!

  I have been staying at Holiday Inns for the last 2 years. I travel for work 3 out of 4 weeks a month. This location is by far the worst location i have ever stayed at. Service desk help is exceptionally poor. Room was ok for cleanliness but had a shower head that sprayed everywhere. Which explained all the loose tiles on the bathroom floor. Elevator was louder in my room than it was when standing right next to it. Lots of noise from the hallways almost all night long. Couldn't print me a receipt because the printer was supposedly broken. Asked twice now for emailed copy and still haven't received it. Required for work. Also lied to me saying they couldn't look up my member number when every single other location has been able to. Even called some other locations just to ask them because I knew the front desk was lying to me. I'm going to guess they treat all thier customers like this. Will never stay at this location again. Not even for free.
