  Carpet in room was soiled all over and needed replacement. Bagels and cold cereal were the only option for breakfast. No sweets. Messy tables. TV service a hotel was down. Very disappointing for a holiday inn.

  This is NOT a Holiday Inn. I am very disappointed that IHG allowed this to be rebranded without any changes. I don’t know what it was but it was something else. The property is decent but aging and my biggest complain was the breakfast, or lack thereof. No restaurant at all. And the “breakfast” they had was yogurt, cereal coffee and bagels. At least the price was decent. Overall, if you know what you are getting, it isn’t horrible but not up to normal Holiday Inn standards

  I travel alot , im a Diamond Elite member, this hotel was dirty room was from the 80's , nothing worked. Curtains full of holes so no point in having those. The bed was like a bench. DO NOT STAY HERE. Nightmare

  This hotel is a disgrace to the IHG brand. Bugs on the walls, food in the halls overnight and carpet is pulling up and frayed inside and outside in the halls. AC in main lobby was broke, no restaurant, pool out of service holes in the curtains looked like swiss cheese in the morning light. I have stayed in rooms like this that were expected because they were small town motels stayed in for hunting trips. Tv was smaller than most home monitors. Sorry wont be recommended by me.

  There are multiple reasons to not stay here but I'll start with the most important, the climate control. I thought it just didn't work very well but after talking with the front desk I realized the climate control is on motion sensor. So, to be clear there has to be motion in the room for the AC to turn on. This timer seems to be about 15-20 minutes. Great idea for the daytime. But this is how the night time is, you fall asleep after 20 min the air shuts off.. after 20 more min you're now sweating in bed, you then have to stand up and do jumping jacks in the room to get the air to come back on. Repeat for the next 8 hours. You will get no good sleep. (Also note this includes the fan function the whole unit shuts off so it's not just the ac/heat it's the whole climate control) On top of that: 1. Rooms are stained and dirty 2. Breakfast is a complete joke even coffee is a maybe 3. The parking lot is like someone took wrecking ball to it. Normally I don't mind some shortcomings but forced exercise every 45 minutes to keep the air on is insane.
