  Rooms are pretty decent for the price with a few stains on the floor but not an issue. I honestly have no idea what some of these bad reviews are about. Service was brilliant as this morning Patrick went out of his way to get us some coffee this morning. The fact the pool was closed was no issue for us either as we were only there for one night anyways.

  Pool and hot tub closed indefinately (this was not communicated or stated by hotels.com or the hotel itself beforehand) -- this was the main reason we reserved a room here; hotel completely outdated (hallway and room carpet, stains and ripped up wallpaper on walls in hallways and room/bathroom); observed multiple dirty, leftover tissues on floor under bed and side table from previous guests while checking for bedbugs; questionable cleanliness of bedding and bathroom towels, as leftover brown flakes/particles embedded into bath towels/wash cloths; no water softener for shower (water was harder than our water at home, as we don't have a water softener, so it took an extremely long time in our hotel room shower to fully rinse off, which didn't feel complete, with previously mentioned dirty wash cloths); armchair in rooms had multiple stains on seat cushion; handicap accessible room due to spouse's medical needs but accessible shower NOT equipped with a non-slip surface/bath mat and no shower chair present or offered while checking in; lobby and breakfast area extremely warm in morning, with very limited items for free, complimentary breakfast -- there were no hot food items like eggs or waffles, just bananas, yogurts, packaged sugary items, muffins and the drinks offered (milk and orange juice) were in pitchers and were out (so low but you could still see white and yellow in the bottom) -- we opted to stop at McDonald's on our way to the Colorado Renaissance Festival. In every imaginable way, this hotel cut corners to save money and inconvenience hotel customers. The air conditioning worked. I would never stay here again.

  The pool and hot tub advertised are closed i feel live they should take that down on the amenities my son was so dissapointed. The bar and grill it says it has downstairs they shpuld take that down to because it's called trappers but they don't tell you the name of it if you looked it up you would see is permenantly closed as well. So all the amenities it says it has it doesn't. They do have decent rooms but i would have Def booked somewhere else had i known that everything was closed.

  For a great location right off the highway, it lacked things most people would expect to get at a Holiday Inn. Immediate lack of towels and toilet paper in the room. Pool has been out of service for a long time. Continental breakfast was very meager. Apples, some juice, muffins, bagels, coffee. They have the ability for other hot foods, they just weren't offered. I'd like to add that while on vacation, our family stayed at 3 different Holiday Inns. By far, this was the most disappointing.

  Terrible customer service. My husband checked in for a business trip with a colleague only to be told by the front office staff that the hotel was overbooked and only had king rooms available no queen rooms. Told him sorry nothing they can do about it, and he was not the only one that was gonna be upset. He said to cancel the room because the room booked was not available. Went down the road paid for another room only to find out that my husband was charged for the room because he was noted as a no show!! Terrible customer service, tried calling no response from manager, had to email staff said they don’t answer their phone or check messages. Terrible service and trying to fight because noted as a no show when told no rooms were available then today they said not sure why he was told that there were plenty of roons. SMH…. Do better and check you cameras to show that he was in fact there and did try and check in. If we get no communication from manage definitely going to dispute with the credit card company.
