  ROOM: We booked 3 nights at this property due to a funeral. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I mentioned this upon check in and asked for a different room, the receptionist said it was late and there wasn't anything she could do except spray the room. I then mentioned my pregnancy and that it was a health concern, not to mention we have a toddler. Same answer, but she would put a note in for staff the next day. The next day it was the same experience except the receptionist was rude, had zero sympathy, and said there was nothing she could do, that booking wouldn't do anything and if I cancelled there wouldn't be any sort of compensation, despite health concerns. I spoke with booking and they said the property was being uncooperative. Booking gave me some credit which was appreciated. We did not stay another night. CLEANLINESS: Again the room smells like cigarette smoke. It needs an actual professional cleaning. Spraying more chemicals does not get rid of chemical smoke and it is a health concern for those paying for non smoking rooms. Showers had signs of the pink bacteria (serratia marcescens) on the door tracks and shower flowers were stained. AMENITIES: Mostly worked. The fridge, microwave, and coffee were fine. The TV did not connect. We had to screen share which was fine. BREAKFAST: Normally these breakfasts are just fine. Waffles, eggs, sausage... The eggs here were a bit gritty.

  The hotel has a general shabbiness about it. Our room was small and had a musty smell. Bathroom was small and the towels were small and thin. They put in exactly two sets of towels, presumably because we were two guests. Couldn’t even put an extra set of towels in case we needed them. Hotel carpet was quite dingy. It was brighter along the edges so guess it needed cleaning. Breakfast was very disappointing. Two types of cereal (corn flakes and fruit loops). Sliced bread and bagels. No pastry or muffins. Some hot dishes but I didn’t try them. Waffle maker but the batter had separated. There was an attendant but they didn’t show up until we were almost done.

  I asked the front desk for a different room after entering the non smoking room I booked reeked of cigarette smoke smell. I booked a non smoking room on my reservation and expected a room that didn’t reek of smoke and my room still reeked of cigarette smoke that I am allergic to. I did early check in at 1pm at the earliest so I imagine there are plenty of other king rooms available that people haven't checked into yet even though the hotel was going to be full that night. The front desks excuse to not being able to switch to a different room is that they were fully booked, but I was the first person to check into their room that day. And I paid $300 a night for this asinine quality of a hotel.

  I stayed at this hotel with my husband and 1 year old daughter. We booked it for 2 nights and paid 460$ for 2 nights. With the money we spent at this hotel, it does not even deserve 1 star. Rooms were so small, whole bedding was itchy and room was smelly. We couldnt sleep for the whole night. Wifi and TV was not working. Badly kept rooms. And when reported these issues at front desk, no one was there to address the issues. Not at all helpful managers. We rang bells 50 times, no one helped and Hotel manager was sleeping right in that room. She was so rude and not ready to accomodate at all. Rather she was behaving badly and said she dont care how others handle there hotels but this is how she handles her hotel. We were refused to provide refund for the second night and even refused to provide a room Change. We sincerely request you to never book this place and get yourself stuck with your money with no service at all like us. We paid extra so that we can have a comfortable night but rather it was a night mare due to bed bugs. We never expected Best western properties to turn out like this and never ever book via super.com too as they also do nothing for you. Zero customer service
