  We recently stayed here while traveling on vacation. Great experience, customer service was top notch! Shout out to MaKayla for helping us with some grab and go break when we barely missed it. We will definitely stay here again and be checking on other Best Westerns in the future!

  Pretty expensive 1-night stay. The lobby floor, in fact, all of the flooring throughout the hotel is filthy. We walked into the room and we were hit by a stink bomb. My immediate thought was that it smelled like a work truck. All of the countertops were still filthy. I walked down to the lobby to ask for cleaner and to ask for another room that didn’t smell like a work truck. The young lady working last night told me that they had a construction crew for 2 weeks that had just left the morning before we arrived which explained the god awful odor. She said they were booked out so we couldn’t move rooms but she did offer to clean the counters. Our room had 3 towels, 1 hand towel, 1 makeup towel, and 1 bath mat towel. There were no wash clothes or spare hand towels. We made do just fine with it though. There weren’t spare sheets in the room for the pullout sofa so I had to ask the counter staff for a set. We weren’t given a comforter (my fault since I only asked for spare sheets) but we had a camping blanket so we were fine. Overall, the hotel has great potential. The furniture looks new. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hotel breakfast but it was good and had plenty of options. The pool was enjoyed by our littles in the morning. I actually liked the patio outside of the pool. The staff were pleasant across the few interactions we had. Really, the cleaning could use improvement though.

  We stayed here for a wedding that was in town we drove over 15 hrs. Ended up leaving a phone in the room. I tried to call no one answer the front desk. I ended up getting a call letting me know they found my phone in our room. Took my address etc and would have a manager call me to ship it. A lady called asked for my card number, I asked her to send it, COD, Collect on delivery. Or let me know a price first. The lady hung up on me and I have not been able to reach this hotel since or get a call back about receiving our phone. I am VERY upset. I have reached out to the police department just to see about a way to go about this.

  My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this experience was completely unacceptable. We checked into Room 211 at approximately 6:04 PM. After leaving for dinner and returning around 9:25 PM, we immediately noticed multiple serious issues: Dead bed bugs throughout the room (photos available with timestamps) A cell phone left next to the bed, showing the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected Sheets that were very obviously slept in Bedding that was disturbed and appeared to have been used by a previous guest We immediately reported these concerns to the front desk. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the employee dismissed our concerns, claimed the bugs were “box elder bugs,” and failed to address the other insects present or the obvious signs that the room had not been properly cleaned. When she inspected the room, her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and told us, “Yeah, no, those are box elders,” rather than treating a legitimate sanitation concern appropriately. We requested a refund due to the condition of the room and the potential health risks. That request was denied. We then requested to be moved to another room that was properly cleaned and farther away from the affected room, and that request was also denied. Management was contacted and also refused to provide any resolution. We had no choice but to leave the hotel. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service did not end there. I contacted corporate four separate times in an attempt to resolve this matter. Corporate was of no help. I was provided incorrect email addresses twice when trying to submit photos and documentation, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I never received a direct response or meaningful resolution. Corporate claims the hotel responded, but we have never received that correspondence ourselves and have been left with the same refusal to address the situation that we experienced in person. What is even more concerning is that there are other reviews reporting similar cleanliness and pest-related issues at this property. This does not appear to be an isolated concern. A hotel room should be clean, inspected, and ready for the next guest. When a customer reports a serious sanitation issue, the response should be investigation and resolution—not dismissal. BEWARE before staying here. Based on our experience, the condition of the room and the lack of support from both hotel management and corporate leadership were completely unacceptable. We strongly encourage future guests to read recent reviews carefully before booking.
