  What time here was very pleasant. I was here For work . The staff is very pleasant and friendly. Winston is awesome.! Very helpful and polite great customer service skills! I will definitely be back next time. I’m in the area.

  While traveling with my family on our yearly road trip. We booked this hotel in Loveland. As soon as we walked in, we were happily greeted by Winston. Awesome personality and really helpful. Easy check in. Answered any questions I had. Then was able to accommodate my request promptly for an extra set of towels. Easy access off the highway. Some good food choices right near the hotel. Would book again if going through Loveland.

  One of the nicest holiday inn's we've visited!! Clean, price is competitive, and the breakfast was awesome! Good pool/hot tub! There's even a water slide! The rooms are clean (they even pull the covers off the AC units when cleaning the rooms!) this was huge for us as my wife is going through chemo and clean is a must!!! Thank you staff! Keep up the good work!!

  Whatever they are paying Winston, it’s probably not enough. My actual reserved hotel did not have any rooms (ie the Seinfeld experience), so they moved me to this hotel. Winston made it feel like winning the lottery rather than an inconvenience. The room was great and clean, the staff was friendly, the hot tub was working and hot, and the pool was insane with a cool slide I may have had to try (for my daughter). I look forward to my meeting tomorrow where I can say, whether I’m a rocket scientist or not, I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express. 😂

  Stayed here for a weekend vacation to the reservoir with my family. Location was great, we were able to park our vehicles with our boat and jet skis. Room was nice; beds were very comfortable. I do think the rooms could be cleaned better than they were. It got late and my parents decided to stay with us and our room was able to accommodate them also with putting the kids on the pull-out bed (which they said was comfortable) so that was a major plus for us! The pool was super fun, the kids loved it, although the pool was also pretty dirty, had a lot of dirt/sand at the bottom and wads of hair/debris floating around. The snack store could have more items to choose from. I loved there was an ice machine on every floor! I do wish they had updated smart TV's because my kids wanted to watch TV but couldn't choose and most of the time was commercials. Breakfast was good and fresh. Service was professional, quick, and kind. We needed extra towels and blankets for my parents, and they brought warm blankets and fresh towels within 5 minutes. Definitely will return again with hopes they clean up better.
