Stayed for a couple days, and following this late night check-in, the next evening, I met with Winston. I needed some items from the store, and had some questions. In both cases, he was very helpful. Cannot applaud the customer service here more, and while I did not meet the whole staff, John and Winston were great! Above this, rooms were clean and stocked. Overall, highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel in the Windsor area!
