  Be careful y'all! Update: they adjusted my price from $165.39 to $148.53... still after the way I have been treated and the lack of communication my review will remain a 1 out of 5. It was still a hassle to try and get a hold of them. They are quick to comment but not quick communicate with me. Probably some of the worst customer service I have encountered. Original review: I was trying to hold out giving a bad review... but, unfortunately, after a couple weeks of waiting for a resolution I haven't heard anything from management. 1st- I reserved a King on Aug 4th for Aug 7th. We checked in on August 7th and the man at the front desk said they made a mistake and gave my room to another person. They only had queen rooms left. I was gracious and took the queen. I told him that it was ok and that mistakes happen. Inside I was dissapointed because my husband and I need a bigger bed to sleep comfortably; but what is the point of being rude? So, I let it go. He said thet wouldn't charge me for the King (THEY DID!) and they would give me a discount (They didn't) for the inconvenience. I was impressed and grateful and felt very thankful (not anymore). 😔 2. We were trying to sleep and all we could smell is gross cigarette smoke the entire time. We notified the front desk so they wouldn't charge us if there should be cigarette smoke. 3. After checking out i still had a pretty good image of this place. But after seeing that they charged our account for a KING room when we didn't even have a KING room, and trying to contact someone to fix this and not getting a response... I don't like this place at all. The next time we come into Loveland, CO we will NOT be staying here.

  If I could give a lower star I would. Me and my family visited for one night. Angel checked us in after midnight so our night there wasn’t long. We were told the next morning we could not extend our stay due to lies being told by night front desk Angel. When I asked to speak with a manger and to see the evidence I was told more lies and was made to seem like the aggressor because I was being lied to I will be contacting management everyday because I feel we were racial profiled

  The staff has been extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. Overall, quite atmosphere and conducive to a longer stay. Room is as expected/described.

  First time staying at a Candlewood and lowkey these rooms are dope! Staff here were so nice as well. Full on kitchen in the rooms. Beds were comfy. AC pumped that room to icey. Would definitely stay again!
